We stayed here for volleyball with a group with 13 rooms. High end luxury resort feel when you drive up. Suite like rooms in tower 1 were great for our group with the sofa beds. Walked right out to the pool and next to the main building. David the front desk manager was awesome at working to get all our rooms on adjacent floors on the same hotel and one set of connecting rooms the day of. Not sure what the room rates are normally but we got a good deal through our booking company. Pool with waterfall is lovely. Market is a little pricey but not for a “resort”. We didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub much but those who did loved it. Parking was easy right outside of the tower. A nice retreat from cold northern weather. Definitely recommend.

Our stay at the resort was absolutely wonderful! The property itself is beautiful, with a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. What truly stood out, however, was the impeccable service and attention to detail. The staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. They were attentive without being overbearing, and it was clear that they genuinely care about making guests feel welcomed and heard.
The rooms are stunning—spacious, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed. Though it was too cold to enjoy the pool, I did get to appreciate its beauty. The pool is heated, so it would have been perfect in warmer weather! Room service was delightful, and the food was fantastic, adding to the overall experience.
There were a couple of small hiccups during our stay, but honestly, they were minor, and the excellent staff made sure they were quickly addressed. The management was lovely and very caring, which made all the difference in ensuring we had an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be returning for another stay!

We went for a quick new year’s trip and it was fun. There are not many places to eat inside the resort but the kids loved the pool and water slide. Even though it was winter and pretty cold for Florida, both the pool and water slide were heated so it was warm and the kids could play in the pool even at night.
We liked the chocolate houses/village at the front when you came in and the decorations for Christmas were pretty. It was fun for a quick trip, I only gave four stars even though it was fun, MM because I would have liked there to be more things to do other than the pool and more restaurants inside. (We left to get dinner one night due to limited options.)

Pros: I have lung issues (allergic to mold) so they ensured that my room was spotless, dustless and fully sanitized. I enjoyed staying here for two nights. The rooms look aesthetically pleasing, modern and comfortable. Very luxurious resort with the best swimming pool—my child enjoyed the water slide for hours. This resort is clean and beautiful. Even the washrooms are very clean! I would definitely come back again! It was a great and luxurious experience!
Cons: The fishing was underwhelming. The restaurant and drink prices are quite steep—I paid $12 USD for a virgin Piña Colada (ice and juice blended with 2 cherries on top). If guests are already spending a premium to stay at the resort, it would be nice if the on-site prices were a bit more reasonable, allowing people to enjoy their experience without feeling overcharged. We mostly ate outside of the resort.

Avoid This Hotel – Poor Management & Hidden Fees
This hotel was a disaster from start to finish. Check-in was a 1.5-hour wait at 9:30 PM, with no direction and zero management present. Staff showed no empathy, blaming the delay on events instead of taking responsibility. The room wasn’t what I booked, and they tried to overcharge me for parking and a $35/day “resort fee”—which I had to argue to remove.
Parking was oversold, leaving guests circling like sharks for a spot. Exiting took 15–20 minutes, with only two poorly placed exits and no staff to assist when problems arose.
Rooms were misleadingly called “suites” but were just standard rooms with an extra couch. Walls were paper-thin, making hallway and pool noise unbearable. Beds were old, overly firm, and sagging at the edges, while the awkward bathroom setup meant waking up the whole room just to wash your hands.
The Market was nothing like advertised, the restaurant wait times were ridiculous, and the food was disappointing. The pool was nice, and common areas smelled fresh, but that’s about it.
Unacceptable wait times, excessive fees, oversold parking, noisy rooms, and underwhelming dining made this a stressful and frustrating stay. Do yourself a favor—stay elsewhere.
