My Family and I stayed for 3 night no room service at all..when we ask for something it took awhile to get it!!.

Everything was good

The blanket had stains on it and the carpet was dirty I don’t think they vacuum the room at all !

It was not what we expected, and not really a travel type hotel.

property was in a bad neighborhood and the room had a strong stench of cigarettes and was very small.

This is the worst hotel in the world, they don't even clean the rooms.

this hotel was absolutely disgusting. completely catfished by the online photos. yellow pillows, red stains in the carpet, no hot water for showers, and a smell.

No water pressure in shower also handle on shower was broken and the managers wouldnt do anything to fix it. Told it would be fixed when I came back that night. Not fixed. They wouldn't put me in another room after telling me they would and nothing but terrible customer service and attitude from all the employees.

There was toilet paper in the toilet from the moment I walked in. There was a spring sticking out of the bed that scratched me in the middle of the night. The bed was the most uncomfortable piece of crap I’ve ever had the misfortune of sleeping on. There was no sound dampening. I heard the elevator dinging from inside my room starting as early as 4am up until the time I left, adding to the terrible sleep. Location was decent. So I’ll give them that.

The elevator was so noisy all hours, there was an alarm blaring at all times at the front desk, just so much unnecessary noise

Overall Casa Blanca was acceptable, but not great. Good location and price but the bed was small and hard with thin sheets with stains. It was missing a bedside table as well. The biggest problem was the plumbing. The sink fixture was loose to the point of falling off. The shower fixture also needed repair and could deliver hot water while the sink had scalding hot water. Overall, budget accommodations.

I do not recommend staying here. When we arrived the toilet wouldn't flush, the toilet paper roll holders were missing, the phone charger wouldn't stay in the wall plugin, there is no phone to the front desk, no closet, no luggage carts, a sheet and thin blanket for the bed, minimal lighting/dark room, a broken chair, giant mirror on the wall, and dusty grimy headboards. The room did not look or feel clean and is right by the freeway. The front desk person helped us move our luggage from the taxi to our room on the 4th floor upstairs and was generally friendly and helpful. There was one person at the front desk and one room cleaner. Poorly run. Clearly the owner/management is keeping overhead costs as cheap as possible. There is one elevator.

Check in was quick and though the area was sketch I initially had no complaint. During our first night my daughter woke up to find water leaking from the vent and the tile was soaked. Easily could’ve been a bathroom fall incident. The next morning we informed the front desk clerk who insisted he needed to see and proceeded to act like we were making up the scenario. I requested that we be moved to another room; they obliged and we were moved from the 2nd floor down to the first floor. The room was noticeably smaller and the lobby was audible from the room. There was a general microwave for all guests to use outside our door and the traffic made for less than peaceful experience. The final straw was the front desk clerk playing a movie very loudly at 3AM. We checked out 2 days early based on the experience.

Room was dirty, including long hairs on the floor and in the shower. Bed spread was worn and dirty. Towels were rough and stained. Will definitely never stay there again.
