Casitas at Capitol Reef

Clean, modern, comfortable

For an open property is a dead town it was perfect. We enjoyed our stay but have a few thoughts. Although the beds were memory foam they were hard, my mother and I had a hard time sleeping. In the smaller rooms there is one hot plate, one fry pan and one deep soup pan. We could have used a second fry pan but we made it work. If the rooms have bunk beds I would suggest screwing them to the wall. I attempted to sleep up top so we had a place to lay out bags but every time I moved there entire bunkbed shifted. Other than those minor things it was a great place to stay. Very clean and lots of communication via text.

This was a great spot to stay close to Capitol Reef. Spacious room, great amenities, clean, comfortable and quiet. The value was excellent. Check-in was easy. My original code didn’t seem to work, and when I called the person on the phone changed it right away. I will definitely stay here again.

Casitas at Capitol Reef is such a great place to stay. We stayed only one night but would love to return for a longer stay! Check in was a breeze as they send a code when the room is ready, the room was SPOTLESS, and it's in a lovely location. We stayed in one of the rooms, but they also have tiny homes (one even had a stargazing deck!). They provide a fire pit, picnic tables for some outdoor time after a long day. We highly recommend the Casitas at Captiol Reef!

Room was great. Wasn't sure how to purchase firewood for the firepit.

We loved the casita! It was a clean and well kept property. Customer service was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were inviting and clean. Enough linnens and the bed was comfy.

My only complaint is the walls were too thin and you hear your neighbors conversations and TV.

You’re staying in Torrey for a reason, and this place satisfies that need. This individual is very quiet, very new. Washer/dryer in unit to wash dusty clothes after day(s) of hiking. Full sized fridge/freezer. Microwave, hot plate with pots/pans to cook and drip coffee maker, stocked with coffee/creamer, hot choc and microwave popcorn. Community firepit. Excellent check-in instructions and experience. Positive/attentive Interaction with property management Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay while visiting Capitol Reef. Very convenient to the park and local food and supplies.

Wonderful place to stay as I traveled across Utah visiting the National Parks. The casita was comfortable, clean and cute! I also appreciated the kitchenette as I was not planning on dining out much on this trip.

The room was clean and modern. I would call the lodging in front casitas. I would call the room we were given a motel room. The sheets were like trying to sleep between two pieces of fine sandpaper. Awful sheets! The walls were so thin we could hear the oriole next door talking, using the microwave, singing, there phone vibrating, you name it. No wonder there was a sound machine on the night stand. Plus squeaky beds.

Very nice place. Great for small families because of the bunks. Mini kitchen very convenient and helpful. Good access to Capitol Reef and Fishlake. Everything was clean and well thought out. Will stay again.

The unit was clean and new and well supplied. There is an excellent heating and cooling unit that is very quiet. We were able to cook our breakfasts and dinners with the hot plate and microwave. It was quiet there. It was smaller than the pictures suggested. The couch is two feet from the dining table. But we managed. The floor is rough concrete - bring your slippers. We didn't use the loft but it would be fine for sleeping - but not standing up. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there. Torrey is very small but there is a general store and a gas station. There are a couple of restaurants but we didn't try them.

Excellent clean and very well accommodated room. We stayed in a 2 queen bed room which was great for our family. The second bed was in a loft with a steep ladder, so would not be ideal for some guests. Very close to amenities and National Park.

A soft chair to sit in would be nice, I know room is limited.

Clean, easy access, close to capitol reef, perfect for what we needed!

The room was beautiful. We stayed for 2 nights and slept so well. It was great having the kitchen too. Everything was perfect for us.
