My husband brought me here for my birthday. The casino is very clean, room was clean and beautifully decorated. Bed was comfortable and the room temp was easy to control. The ONLY thing I wish they would change are the shower heads, pretty awful. Other than that I LOVE THIS HOTEL!

Friendly staff at check in. Gave us warm cookies. Room looked brand new. Clean carpet and very nice, clean bathroom. Quiet at night. Easy check out.

We love staying at this Cherokee property. It's always been nice, but it's even better with the recent renovations! The hallways were nice and bright! And the decor in the room was great too.

There was cockroaches and for as much as the room was, they also kept my $50 deposit which there was nothing wrong with the room when we left won’t even tell me why

It was great until my husband saw a roach on the shelf with safe. I did forget to inform the desk when i left as plan so they do not know about it. Just one and did not see anymore. Wanted to let them know so yhey could take care of but forgot.

The guest services were great but the one star rewards program should reward people for stays in the hotel I got nothing and felt like the ball really got dropped there probably won't repeat visit but it was a nice place
