No lights on exterior of building when trying to locate. Lights on at 8 pm. Dark out at 7 pm. The room was unkept and smelled. The other room just unkept.

We stayed for one night, the extra chair had a weird brown liquid dirt spot on it and when we went to shower, the shower was dirty and when we grabbed towels garbage fell out. The breakfast offered I understand free but the food was bland and burnt..

I got two rooms for the four of us for the night. The one room smelled like someone had died in it a few days before. Large hole in the bathroom door that had been patched up. My bed had a lot of hair in it that wasn’t mine and a large stain on the sheets. Slept with all my clothes on.

Purpose of our trip was to use the pool, the kids were super excited to go swimming but after we checked in we were inform that the pool is closed and had been closed for 2 weeks already and not sure when it will reopen, they would not refund our entire stay, not worth the price we paid especially since we weren’t able to use pool, I was able to book a slightly cheaper place with a functional pool and newer room but further location than what we would like but was worth the drive since most of the hotels in the area prices went up significantly.

Don't stay at this dump. The first room smelled like sewage and the tv didn't work. We changed rooms and the second was worse. The mattress was gross and stained. The floors had debris and had not been vacuumed. The window was wide open and the room was cold, but it still smelled bad. The curtains were torn and starting to fall down. The light fixtures were dusty. We ended up leaving and finding a clean hotel. After a lot of back and forth with Expedia (and them with the hotel), we were denied a refund. I understand no cancelation policies, but feel there should be an exception for dirty rooms. We couldn't even get the front staff to come to the room with us to point out the problems, then they denied it all when expedia contacted them. We have some photos of the room, but of course, you can't photograph smell.

The only thing clean were the bedding and the towels. The walls down the hall were dirty. Every door was just filthy. Our room's door had a good inch gap between the door and the frame. The light switches were grimy. None of the carpet had not been vaccumed - drywall crumbs everywhere. No surface wiped down - dust everywhere. Our 5:30 am wakeup call came at 4:15 am. We will NOT be back.

The Comfort Inn was an enjoyable stay. The space of the rooms are very open. It was renovated recently and you can tell if you've been there before and see the difference. I had some minor issues with window, but an easy fix. Highly recommended for solo/business travel.

Property was dirty and there were bodily fluids on the bed and chair in the room. The shower had no door or curtain, so after 5 minutes, the bathroom floor was flooded. Noise could be heard from other rooms and we generally didn’t sleep well. When we went down for breakfast, an hour after it opened, there was very little left. The waffle machine didn’t work, there were eggs or sausage available, and the fruit that was there wasn’t ripe. The girl at the front desk said she’d sort the waffle machine and bring the sausage etc, but after she disappeared for 20 minutes, she returned with no updates, improvements, or food. We gave up and left.

This was the single worst hotel room I’ve been in. Stains on everything, carpets, couch, curtains, lamp shades. Room looked like it had never been vacuumed, paint chips and crumbs and dust everywhere. I left within 30 minutes.

Staff very helpful but a few things to note if staying like I did for a week. The maid does not clean or make room up unless you specify and even then not very good. Also when I mentioned the white stuff on floors throughout the hotel staff didn’t know to clean up. The breakfast was very good and again I pointed out problems, ie yogurt out dated for two days in a row. Also lighting in bathroom was very dim and difficult for shaving. Would recommend. This hotel because price was good for this room.
