Let us stay after checkout time, due to our plane leaving at a later time. I appreciate the accommodation and there was always fresh cofee and a nice breakfast. Room was clean and close to Fort Collins. Also price was reasonable.

Last time i was there the parking lot lights did not work. They are all working now. Thank you. I got in around 11pm. Staff was very professional and frie dly especially for a midnight intake

Most of the stay was great so I would stay there again. The elevator was down for a while and I have issues with mobility. It was fixed in a day but we were on the third floor. The breakfast options were poor. Rooms were nice and building was clean.

They charged me $20 dollars more at check in than what my invoice from hotels.com quoted me. It's a fine hotel but charging way more than it's worth for the condition it's in. I was expecting it to be more up to date and cleaner since it's more expensive than other hotels in that area.

Super clean and well run place. The room was a bit outdated, but not terrible. We had the accessble which may have been user error and the shower head not very good, and just outdated. We would still stay again if the price was right.

Honestly hated to leave a less than stellar review as the staff at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. Unit had no fan or A/C that worked consistently and the satellite / internet service went in and out several times over a single hour period, so I couldn’t work or watch TV- so I just resigned to reading and heading to bed (probably best anyway). Luckily it was a cooler night and was able to open the window.

This was not great. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the bathroom was borderline dirty (just from years of wear and tear/dirt build up). The tub/shower was small, the curtain was falling apart and the curtain rod was not curved. Every time you shower, the entire bathroom floor would be a puddle (I wish I was exaggerating, but large pools of water formed). The average nightly rate we paid was ~$245 (all in). I felt safe in the area and the hotel was a short drive into Fort Collins. Aside from being close to the highway and Fort Collins, I would not recommend this hotel.
