The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our flight was canceled so we had to find somewhere to stay for another day/night. We were tired, and going from check out at 10am from another hotel to comfort inn. Their check in is at 3pm. We asked if we could get into a room sooner and they said they would call us as soon as the room was ready and we definitely could get in a room early. They called us by 1pm! Thats almost unheard of at hotels now days.

Clean and comfortable, couldn't change the TV channel with the remote. They probably would have fixed that or replaced the remote, but I needed to sleep, so I didn't complain, just went to sleep. Breakfast was crowded but restocked quickly by friendly staff and had a good selection. Parking was free which was an added bonus.

I will never forget this experience not only i was not informed of all the hotel being worked on and all the noise and hard to walk in the lobby from Construction and the elevator not working if that is not bad Enough we was getting Ready to go to Disney World Mike 13-year-old twins's birthday we requested for the maid to clean the room we told her to come back in 1 hour she didn't come back to forehead a attitude and then another lady told my daughter that they was too much Messenger and my daughter had to help her clean the room which is outrageous because it's not my daughter's job to clean a room..😡😡 . After that i asked when i got home for a refund or Compensation they gave me a lousy $97 back and a credit for a 150 I will never choose this I am very unhappy

Breakfast Buffet was the best part of our stay. Lots of variety for kids and adults. Staff at the Buffet were amazing. They were constantly refilling and keeping it clean. Hotel is currently under renovation. But our room was clean and spacious.

The experience at this Comfort Suites unfortunately was underwhelming. The front desk staff was extremely friendly. However, the room had the bare minimum in terms of supplies (we had to ask for bags for the wastebaskets) and the carpets were visibly dirty. My young children walked on the carpet without shoes for just a few hours and their feet were dirtier than I would have expected. The shower had very poor water pressure and the vent in the bathroom was not working. The breakfast offered the usual basics. Overall, there just wasn't anything special about this location.

Everything was fine. The only question is why was the shampoo and conditioner placed so high for a wheelchair walk-in shower? And the lotion? Good thing I had my trial size shampoo and conditioner with me. Hope the management has smaller items for those rooms.

We are Universal Annual Passholders from GA and have stayed at this property multiple times. Staff is so friendly and accommodating, amenities are good and they are super close to the parks. Definitely our “go to” hotel for our getaways.

We stayed for one evening before heading to Universal studios. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was close to many restraunts and conveniences. The only negative was that this location did mot store luggage. I had called to inquire about this a week prior but must have called the other location a few minutes away. I would have chosen the other location for this reason had I have known.

Room was confortable but they were doing work improvements on the first floor. For some reason they cramped the breakfast area to an even smaller room making it uncomfortable.
I wish properties warn in advance if work is being done while ones stay.
