Check in process was smooth, hotel was nice enough to accommodate an earlier check in. Front desk staff were beyond helpful to assist. Rooms were clean and comfortable, very quiet atmosphere.

I went with my daughter for a beach overnight getaway. The check in process was efficient and the staff were friendly. We appreciated the lemon infused ice water in the lobby. Our room was spacious and clean. We didn’t hear any outside noise and we liked the small balcony.
My only issues were the refillable conditioner and lotion bottles were empty and the tv remote was difficult to operate.
The location of the hotel was great and just a 5 minute drive to the shopping and restaurants.

It was clean and it served our overnight stay, but nothing to brag about. The property was clean but had a funky cleaner smell I didn't recognize. It had a nice continental breakfast and ample parking in the back. We had an unpleasant view of the parking lot and the bathroom though clean was a little dated. I would stay again if I was on a tight budget.

Upon arrival I was happy they let me have an early check in, I appreciated that.
Once in the room there was an odor that smelled like old cigarettes, everything looked dingy, the plumbing was loose at the shower handle, around the hallway door and the balcony door there were large gaps so noise traveled through easily.
They did not clean the room after the first day they only gave me one new towel and dumped the trash. For the price of the room I’d expect a little better quality.

First i’d like to start off with how nice the staff was and how caring they were. when my friend and i stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom hotel we were super excited cuz it was convenient to where i needed to be those couple days. when we walked in it was nice and clean nothing really to complain about…until we actually got settled in and there were baby flies everywhere! not like fruit flies, they were a tad bit bigger. we called the front desk and we asked if we could move rooms and they said it would be $200 extra per night. so my friend and i just dealt with it. i would just say to have a big guy come and check the room because it was a nice room but bugs everywhere!

The whole establishment was basically half like half pillows, half blankets, half towels.
And when you walk into the main lobby where the food is there is a really bad smell like it is uninviting and unappetizing. We could not eat our food in the lobby and they have policies that I have never seen before. The fact that I can't bring my breakfast to my room.
Also the fact that they were allowed into my room 24/7 at will really annoyed me and did not like.
The icing on the cake and the why I'm leaving the review is because our balcony had was rotted and my husband almost left the floor

Old hotel, one of the balcony doors would not lock, sliding balcony door was really hard to open. The sink, when you ran water smelled like sewer. Did not feel safe in this hotel.
