Room was large, bed comfortable and it was clean. However bathroom tile looked dirty but instead was all chipped up. Hotel has a strong Lysol smell. Great it’s clean but I wouldn’t stay again just because it’s so strong. For the $ it cost it shouldn’t be like that.

Front desk staff is awesome. Room had plenty of space for our family of five. Beds were comfortable. Ac worked good. Quiet. Convenient to the Tampa airport and Bucs stadium. Room 517 had a funky smell to it though. Only bad thing.

Our ship never docked due to the hurricane and we had to cancel our room. We have tried to no avail to get our money back. This is not a good way to treat people that had to cancel due to no fault of their own.

Never stayed because the cruise we were on could not come into the port of Tampa because it was closed due to the hurricane and the hotel would not cancel or refund

It is terrible that because of something beyond our control you guys can’t do a one time refund. We were stuck on a boat in the middle of the sea with no way to get there. Not being able to refund our money is unexceptable.

We were stuck on a cruise ship and even though it was out of our hands still got charged a full amount. Corporations that have no compassion gor emergencies betond our control and worry only about yhe dollar is whats wrong with this country!!! Shame on u for taking 4 families monies with not a second thought!!
