Close to marina for cruise terminal. However, I checked in late evening and obviously was checked into a sub-par room. Someone else had been in it and left their wrlcome note on the bedside table, that I did not see until the morning. The toilet did not flush properly, a constant humming noise outside, lampshades askew, and a very tired looking room with many chips on furniture edges. Also the room was very cold, I could mot get the heat on, and the outside of the windows are filthy, which you could not see in the dark.

Stay was for a Princess cruise..Great location,easy to navigate,nice property.. could use some room upgrades but will stay here again.Food at the Blu was good and reasonable

Miguel was our front desk agent. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. Often times, desk agents are robotic. We love a boisterous and friendly personality. I hope you give him the recognition he deserves.

Room was ok I would stay again. Drapes were very dusty, i could see visible dirt marks. A good wash or steaming of drapes would help

Not very clean. The check in wasn’t great. The elevators were out and the property seemed like it was in disrepair. Definitely would not stay again.

The check in process took a little under an hour only to be told they only had two queen beds; we wanted a king. The room was not ready and after waiting and watching other people check in and get rooms with king beds, I got back in line to ask why I was told that there were no more king beds and no rooms ready for us. I was told because we had booked through Expedia and not the hotel we had to wait, and the king beds were reserved for those who had booked through the hotel, even though we booked months in advance. We were made to feel like second class citizens, not to mention other people were staring at my wife and i and whispering to themselves. After all this mess two hours later low and behold they mysteriously found us a king bed. This just left a sour taste in our mouths and was a terrible way to start our cruise vacation!! We will be leaving a review with Expedia also.
