Nice place for an overnight at a reasonable rate. The room heating unit in our first room was cranking out sauna temperatures and we couldn’t get it to reset. The front desk person tried to change the temperature and when it wasn’t working he very nicely moved us to another room. The property is a little bit aged but clean.

I was very nice as usual, only we were disappointed that the hot tub was not working. We brought our dog along, and I was disappoint with other people who brought their dogs and don't clean up after them. Possibly people need a poop station, or a little reminder when staying with Days Inn that they are responsible to clean up. Otherwise, the stay was great as usual with great friendly staff.

The hotel common areas are very clean and it doesn’t have any odd odors. The room was clean and the beds are so comfortable!
The only reason I didn’t give the full 5 stars is there was mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom.

Hot tub not working- no notice or discount. Pool and pool area very cold. Sunday eating breakfast and staff started taking away food with no conversation to the people currently eating.

We booked this Days Inn in Wisconsin Dells because it had a hot tub. Unfortunately but it was closed for maintenance so we were highly disappointed. If I got a text about this hotel on my cell phone, they should also include amenities that are NOT offered even though they are listed on their website.

We called a day prior to ask about the hot tub as we were traveling after work and wanted to use it upon arriving. We were told it was open. When arriving it was empty and we were told there were technical difficulties. I am positive that did not happen overnight. The man gave no sympathy only excuses and said we must have calked the wrong place! Im a teacher, not an idiot!! All he said is we could have free cancelation, well its 8pm on a Friday, where else am i going to go in a busy town!! I believe some sort of discount could have been offered for clearly lying!!!

Carpet made feet black. Beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Woke up sore from them. Shower had mold in it. Breakfast included only means waffles, bagel, or cereal. Not many options.

Room was cancelled by general manager when we got there because we asked about the hot tub that was empty. Stated it has been broken for awhile with no fix in sight. Said that is false advertising as ad shows tbey have hot ub. That was why we picked this hotel. We were left at 10:30pm with no room. He was super rude.

The hot tub was down, pool area and water cold. Room both smelled like roach spray. Bed sheets were dirty, shower curtain was dirty n tub. Vic was very nice and tried to make it right. The manager on the other hand didn’t. We were tired and just over it. Previous stay was awesome. Towels were stained. Loud at night. Front lobby door is locked and the only door we could go through was broke. So made it a little uncomfortable.

We believe we came home with bedbugs for the pull out couch bed. My child has bites all over her one leg. One got infected and she ended up in ER.
The pool was about room temp, but the air was chilly. We were only able to stay in for about 25-30 minutes before we were chilled to the bone.
The hot tub was down for maintenance.
The heat never got super warm, it was comfortable but could have gotten a little warmer.

After reading all the negative reviews, I decided to take my chances as I was only needing a place to sleep for 8 hours & glad I went with my gut. This place was perfectly fine for the price. It’s not the Ritz but I had clean sheets & towels, hot water, working AC/heat, a microwave, fridge and television with many channels. The front desk person was very nice and answered the phone quickly when I called to confirm check in hours. No bed bugs or roaches (which was my major concern) and no mold in the bathroom. Front doors were locked when I arrived at 10pm but front desk will buzz you in. The only suggestion I would make to the hotel is to provide cups/mugs in the room as there were none for me. I’m from Wisconsin dells and this is walking distance to most of the immediate things tourists may need as well as walking distance to the strip if you don’t mind more of a walk. Hot tub still out of service as of 12/29/24
