The first room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but you could tell somebody had been smoking heavily in it and the tub was filling with water. It had a drip, and the plug wouldn’t stay open then they showed us a second room and there was nothing to wipe up the snow and salt from our shoes and it felt dirty then he was gonna show me a third room and I said no we’re not staying here. He then wanted to charge me a $30 fee. We hadn’t even really checked in. It should be rated one if that. He also told me it would take 5 to 7 days for them to reimburse what he had taken off my credit card so I am going to be checking on that and making sure that it was credited back with no fees.

Very rundown property. Bed had a sheet and a "wafer-thin" blanket--with no additional blankets in the room. There were also 3 small pillows for a king-sized bed. There was an ice bucket but not a single plastic cup from which to drink. Basic amenities were definitely lacking

My room was dirty,food left in a non working fridge,a lot of bugs,I have a video,than they didn’t want to refund my money,took 9 days.I’ll never stay there again,I’ll sleep in my truck

The room needing a better cleaning. Walls needed repaired. Toilet paper didnt have anything to hold it. I left my blanket and called to get it and they didnt have it. To open the door was so hard. Had to use your body to push it open. Guy ar frt desk was nice.

I don’t know what to say if you are a college student looking to party this is your place not sure how this place can Carrie the best Westin name it was so gross and I had no other option I went to target and naught cleaning supplies and cleans what I could . The floors were so disgusting I would even walk in my socks . Walls door and pretty much everything was just disgusting…… do your self a favor stay the night in your car rather than here

My daughter felt unsafe and she paid for 2 nights and didn't even stay 5 mins. It was dirty and a loud beeping in the room, didn't even want to sit on the toilet.

Very not good the stair rails were not stable very difficult to find and open the room sheets and blankets we’re dirty could not Sleep I was worried I could get infested with bedbugs bathroom had no toliet paper holder or toliet paper.. o book the hotel because it stated they were pet friendly but when I went to register a sign on the front door stating they were not a pet friendly hotel and they would to make A 200$ deposit in order to Stay With pet? So I explained that they were making false claims in their advertising . And that could get them in trouble. With the better business bureau. Staff did not seem to Be concerned and I was but in the back building which over looked a pool with nasty brown water in it it was a very disappointing experience

The carpet was filthy in the halls and in the room. The upholstery on the furniture in the room was dirty. The bathroom was moderately clean. The room did not have a coffee maker. The breakfast was sparse. There was no blanket or comforter for the bed. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable.

The furst room had a broken bed. The next day we needed to wait until 3pm to be able to be moved to a different room. The second room was better in regards to the bed however the room was not cleaned had spider webs and the bathroom was also dirty. The staff was friendly and nice.. should have more staff. I asked for towels and went again to the front desk because waited 5 hours and no towels. My second time towels were delivered quick.
