Well while we where in our room someone came into our room while we was setting up our bags ! Breakfast was ok just coffee and muffins that it !! Needs up grades in room looks really bad in the bathroom!! Won’t be coming back again!!

Management didnt care we booked the room for 5. Gave me attitudes for asking for towels to match the number of guests. Refused to give us the grab and go breakfast Sunday knowing the girls had to compete at the convention center. Bathroom door was broken. No offer to make anything right. After snow, no sidewalks shoveled or parking lots.

This hotel is in dire need of renovations. The staff was friendly, the hotel is convenient in terms of location, affordability and if you are looking for somewhere to sleep overnight.

Stay here often when I'm in town.. I've even been giving the same room a couple times. Very convenient location, especially for this last visit to see the Christmas parade all I had to do was walk like 500 ft and I was right on the boardwalk.

The rooms are dirty, smelly and disgusting
There is no breakfast provided as mentioned on the website when booking
Guest are obviously cheated with fake breakfast option.
Towels are smelly and there are cockroaches in the room.
We feel like vomitting once we entered the room.

There was an instance where the hotel manager knocked on our door in the middle of the night with the police that made us feel pretty unsafe. It was a mixup with the footage and something happened in the room next door but we had a hard time sleeping the rest of the trip. I’d recommend spending the extra money and staying in a casino.

It was about what I expected. No vending machines or anything of the sort so we got in and couldn’t buy water or anything and had to DoorDash.
It’s also a $60 deposit for one night which we paid in cash and was redeemed the next morning.
Another person staying at the hotel was harassing the worker there and cursing at him and banging on the glass. About 1:30 in the morning there was banging on the door and it was the front desk person with two cops asking if I saw the man who was banging on the glass and cursing.
I didn’t come to the door at first because why would you ? I would’ve preferred a phone call to my room instead of loud banging at 1:30 am
Check out went smooth and we grabbed a coffee on the way out that was actually pretty good.

The best part was the bedding and cleanliness of it. Comforter is envloped in cheets so it seemed to be very clean (unlike a stinky ducet cover that everyone uses though it is never washed.)
Now the lowdown. The place was musty and dirty. Dingy. Hole in bathroom door. Crumbling grout. Filthy couch and carpet in room.
The breakfast bufrtbdidnt exist. We had to ask about it and they did gov us juice and packaged muffins, but it isnt like in the pictures.
