The front desk attendant was very sweet and helpful. The stay was excellent. Waffles in the morning was a nice touch. Next time we're in Kansas I'm pretty sure will be staying here.

There were only about three cars in the parking lot, but yet someone checked in at midnight and they literally put them in the room next-door to me. I listened to them slamm doors and run loudly around the room for over an hour (I assume there were children with them). I called the front desk and I was told "they just checked in". No one even tried to remedy the situation. Won't be back.

A lot of ice still in the Parking lot but it is in a shady spot due to the awning/building. Very fast check in, nice clean room.

My pillowcases had hair on them. Sheets had grit in them. Breakfast was absolutely deplorable. Rotten bananas and just junk for breakfast.

The bed was comfy. The pillows were not as fluffy as should be. The water was hot, but the towels were small and thin and not enough of them. The hallway had a cat urine smell. As evidence by a cat roaming the hallway. Just concerned about guests who have serious allergies. Fruit in the breakfast area was usually bruised or old and starting to shrivel. The price was right and we felt safe. When we did see hotel staff, they were polite.

Not a bad motel, but not the worst for sure. As all the other reviews state, it’s a bit out of date and the burn holes in the bedding is definitely not the best thing. Our toilet flapper was so screwy, sometimes it took 5 minutes to get the toilet to flush, which was by far the most annoying part of the stay. Otherwise, it wasn’t bad. We felt safe and it was nice that everyone minded their own business. I’d give it an average rating.

Says it has a pool, and it does, but there’s no water in it! Says it has a washer and dryer, but they don’t work. If it does not wo, at least put a sign on it BEFORE I put the money in, please! Three years in a row… no water in the pool, stop advertising you have a pool!!!

The room could have been cleaner. There were dirty socks and a soda bottle behind one night stand and the other had some dirty napkins behind it where someone had ate and throwed it back there. The room could use some better furniture. The chair at the desk had cigarette holes in it and the other had alot of stains on it. Our main concern was if the bed was clean and it was. Hope next time we stay it will be a little nicer.

Pool appears to not have been open for a very long time, which is fine as long as there is no advertisement for one. They put us in a previously smoking room and the stench is still strongly smelled. When we asked to be moved they tried to argue with us but eventually moved us. The second room could not be dead bolted and none of the lamps worked in the room (only the vanity light) The owners appear to live on site and have a cat. There is a smell of litter box by the stairs. Washer and dryer in the laundry room are dirty and bugs were on the floor.
