First of all a big THANK YOU to all the staff, esp Ms. Brea (f/d pm Mgr.) at Day's Inn for making our 6 night business trip a memorable one. She accommodated us in every possible way. Even though there was a common office space to use, but I needed to have a desk in my room. She got me a desk and an chair inside my room. She along with others were always very helpful. Ms. Brea treated us like family and was always looking forward to help in any way possible. Thanks to all the staff at this location.. Even though this hotel is not new, everything was clean and in excellent working condition. They have basic free non hot breakfast provided, b'cos there was no kitchen. This is not a problem as there are a lot of small family owned cafe's around which you can enjoy daily. Oh, they service hot pop-corn and cookies daily in the afternoon :) The location is only within 15 minutes to downtown, major stores, scenic walking places, etc. I loved this place, staff and location. Will definitely be back and will stay here again. Thank you Ms. Brea and all the staff of Days Inn - Coeur d'Alene.

The rooms have all been remodeled and are very nice. The one negative is the layout for accessibility in ADA room. There needs to be equal space on both sides of the bed. It was a very tight squeeze for a wheelchair user on the right side of the bed. Sometimes the disabled person doesn’t have a choice on which side of the bed they need to use. A tight space makes it impossible for a caregiver to render aide as needed.

The staff was exceeding kind at a time when my husband was not well. I really appreciated their extra effort on our behalf. Thank you.
