Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their service. We travelled with two six year old's and lots of luggage, Got a first floor room, very convenient . Will come back next year for my family reunion in the town

The room seemed clean. Bed comfy enough. Toilet took an hour to fill between a flush. Had to take ice bucket to fill back of tank if I went potty then mother went potty a little after me because the tank was still filling with water. Think water pressure needs turned up on it. Overall 3 star. Expected they’d give a discount for the inconvenience but did not.

We stay here on the regular. Usually it’s great. Always clean and friendly staff. This time there was a water problem. I was made aware that it might go off for a while but we had no hot water while it was on. Otherwise enjoyable as always. Fair price for a clean, simple room but the hot water was a problem for the wife

NOt sure where the pictures on the site were taken but certainly not in our room. The outdoor pool was clearly closed for some time as evidenced by the debris on top of the pool cover.

The room was dirty. There were no wash cloths. Only two pillows per bed. The baseboards were off all around the room. They did offer a refund within 15 minutes of checking in due to the hurricane that hit the area two weeks before the updates needed to this motel, were not due to hurricane damage. $268/night was a bit ridiculous considering the description does not match the actual building. Theres no elevator so you have to drag your luggage up flights of stairs. Very inconvenient

Advertised pool has been non existent since 2018. Room and property was dirty. Sketchy people hanging out on the property. Looked kinda like drug dealing. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and had to stay one night because the other local hotels had no availability for that first night. Checked out the next morning.

The bathroom had not been cleaned. There was hair still in the tub and sink from the previous customers. There were stains all over the bathtub. In the morning when I went to take a shower there was no hot water at all. When I went to check out at the front desk and to let them know about there being no hot water, nobody answered to me ringing the customer service bell for five minutes so I had to leave in order to make my appointment, without even speaking to hotel staff.

The trip was horrible we had 3 rooms and a family reunion to go to hotel had no water, so we couldn't use the bathroom or take a shower. The elevator was out of order and the only ice machine was on the second floor. All they wanted to give use was $10 a room back and 5% of for next time.There won't be a next time.
