The front of desk girl at 1am I forgot her name. On November 20, 2024 she was beyond amazing. She was sweet, attentive and she sent maintance to our room as soon as possible it took 2 min for them to get to our room. She also stayed there to make sure we could check in. She was so great just honestly give her a raise !

The carpet is extremely dirty. It needs a full renovation. There is no free parking and no free breakfast. It's also not so close to Disneyland.

First time staying at this hotel for our Disney trip and I will recommend. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable beds, clean and staff is friendly. They do charge for parking and it’s limited I’m the front of the hotel but plenty on the back although the walk to the elevators could be long so I will recommend to unload luggage and family at front lobby and then park your car! Specially after a full day of walking in Disneyland parks. Will stay here again on future visits

Love the hotel only thing is that there wasn’t any communication with regards to the security deposit and the hotel with holding 30 dollars from the 200 in total that they with held. I was only deposited 171 out of 200.

this is my second time staying at this hotel I like it it’s close to the park. However, my second time was great. The carpet was a little dirty but other than that the staff is great I got to check in early the lobby has everything you need the staff is super friendly always

I am the type of person to take reviews in consideration and upon booking this hotel there was several bad reviews although the hotel looked very luxurious. I absolutely loved this hotel. It is very convenient budget wise. The staff were very friendly and gave us free parking due to a long wait line due to a convention happening. The hotel had a Starbucks inside which is always convenient for me as a coffee lover. The hotel was located right in front of a target in case you forgot to pack something. Lots of food locations close by and even walkable to Disneyland. Shuttle is offered and takes you directly to the hotel. Anyway, the only bad experience we had was some loud guests at 3 am and someone trying to open our hotel door as we have a baby sleeping. Everything else was great and would stay here again.

We were given a handy cap accessible room which we didn’t ask for. Our room was right next to the elevator and you can hear everyone coming in & out. Cleaning ladies shouting across the hallway.

My whole bathroom flooded, woke up to a puddle of the water on the carpet from the bathroom floor. Luckily we were able to switch rooms but absolutely disgusting!!!
