DoubleTree by Hilton Ontario Airport

Our room was very warm when we arrived...had to have engineering come flip a switch inside the ceiling. He said the previous guests must have been too cold so they turned off the refrigerant..something about being the only way to deal with the room when it was too cold...due to miss use by guests. Once the air was corrected, we slept beautifully :)

Good food in restaurants at the property. Convenient shuttle to and from airport.

Elevators smelled extremely old. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Booked off Expedia for $186. I get there and the first thing i see is a sign that says its $17 for GUESTS to park overnight. Mmmmk, anywho get checked in its a $15 upcharge to be in the main building "which had me looking at the parking lot and onto another building" alright.. than when the lady at the front desk hands me the keys vastly says there will be an $75 non refundable pet fee, "WHAT" thought this place was pet friendly??!!?? I did get two free cookies with walnuts. Oh goodie, now your trying to kill me... Room is mediocre at best, no fridge, patio door curtian very dirty, patio door needed two people to open and shut, soap and lotion bottles had product dryed on the outside of the bottles. Has an outdoor pool and hot tub and the outside facilities were very clean manicured (this got a 5 star) I do notice that this stay was not checked in under my honors membership nor was i asked about it at the front desk. No breakfast provided, there is a restaurant on site which i walked to an glanced at the menu, if a salad is $36 i surely dont want to know a breakfast costs. We did drive up the road to a handy In & Out burger also Wendy's for my salad. They did provided two smart waters in the room for a charge of $4 a piece if you drank them. So what dtarted out as $186 dollar room ended up to be $302 in the end. NOT GOOD!!!!

Very poor condition, ran down and not taken care of. Staff was not friendly and arrival "cookie" was no where to be found. Shower was in terrible shape, and AC didn't work.

Property in need of update. Parking lot poorly lit and unsafe for going to vehicle after dark. Staff was more concerned with issuing parking passes than making sure lot was lit. They also blocked off parking in spots forcing you to have to park away from your door close to your room

Misty's lounge is very nice.

Food in restaurant very good. Rooms large and comfortable. Courteous staff. Misty’s atmosphere fun and lively. Great music and life band.

Zero management, very unhelpful, terrible customers as well

Beautiful and convenient

The bed was so comfy. I wish I could buy those pillows. We where in building 3 so the walk to our room was a bit away. Love the fact that they offer the shuttle service. We called after we landed and they picked us up in 10 mintues.

Great place to stay but it is a busy hotel that has events and late night hours at the bar and club. Overall please with the stay and Will come again. Only negative is that the bathrooms don’t have vents to help with the steam when taking a shower so the room gets very hot and foggy.
