My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix Mesa was excellent overall. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I checked in, and the warm cookie at arrival was a nice touch. The location in Mesa is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a busy day. I also appreciated the amenities, especially the pool area, which was well-maintained and enjoyable.
The only issue I encountered was that the walls didn't seem very soundproof, and I could hear the people in the next room early in the morning. They were quite loud and yelling, which disrupted my rest. I wish the room had been a bit more soundproof to avoid this inconvenience. Despite this, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

Ok stay. Convenient for where we were going in area. Lots of young people in for soccer tournament, but quiet enough after 10pm. Pool area nice but needed evening cleanup.

Toilet was broken and Tv not working in first room. Had to be moved to a second room (not the type we wanted and had booked). Second room the TV wasn’t working either. Bathtub drained very slowly, took forever for water to get warm and by time it did the tub was filling with water because of draining issue. 2 year old running around room and her feet were black because of how dirty it apparently was.
Staff was nice, bar and breakfast area were suitable experience for a hotel. But overall would not recommend.
