Im pretty picky about where i lay my head at night but ill say for the price this hotel is everything i need it to be! The employees take pride in their job and succeed at customer service. Definitely recommend.

I read the reviews and was a little worried but I was pleasantly surprised. Front desk was very nice and rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. It was a little noisy but not terrible. Overall great experience.

Very close to Georgia Southern University. Hotel could use some updates and repairs, however it does appear they are working on both of those things. Don’t let that stop you from staying here thou, beds were super comfortable and clean. Decent size tv and for a hotel the rooms were actually pretty sound proof, hardly
Heard any other noises from
Hallway, etc. staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. And the price is definitely worth the stay.

It wasn’t what I was expecting for the price!
The restroom was dirty the carpet also was really dirty the only thing that I like it was the doesn’t smell like tobacco at all but very disappointing with the price .
Is better option for the same price!

Pictures on the website were very deceiving. The rooms were filthy and appeared to not be fully renovated. The issues with the room are as follows: picture hangers were poking out of the wall with, of course, no pictures on them, patches were on the wall around the window that had not been caulked, the vinyl floor was cracked and peeling and looked filthy, the light fixtures and bathroom hardware were rusted, and the only two chairs in the room were so stained it looked like someone peed and defecated on them. I have been sick and congested since the first night we spent here.
The only positive was the very welcoming and friendly front desk staff. The continental breakfast was also not bad. Great coffee.

The staff was very accommodating and was a convenient place to stay. The breakfast is very basic, cereal and microwave eggs and sausage. It is very outdated but looks like they are giving it a refresh.

It was alright, but the smell wasn't pleasant. Just smelled old and my toilets wasn't clean. Tub out dated with awful stain. A few good things that the bedding was clean, had fridge and microwave.

Old and run down
Bathroom was not clean. Dirt in corners.
Shower curtain rod was broken.
Flooring where the carpet and laminate meet was separated by 2 inches. Bare concrete.
Bathroom fan did not do anything to get rid of moisture.
There was mold in corners in the bathroom.
Room was not clean.
Breakfast was ok.

The hotel was nasty, my bathroom sink and toilet had both rust and dirt around it. The vents had thick layers of dust on them. Hotel manager walked from the back area with the eggs for the continental breakfast where laundry was being folded. I have stayed at 5 star hotels in major cities that were cheaper and cleaner. The rate was outrageous in comparison to the quality.
