Embassy Suites is always a first choice simply because of their breakfast!! I know it’s Austin, but $48 for parking was a bit much. Everything else was great.

The staff has one young guy that’s very nice but everyone else is rude and ignores your request for help. We had to beg for towels everyday multiple times!! The rooms are unbelievably outdated and disgusting!! I cannot believe they charge insane surged pricesper plus $48 to park. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling and there is no ventilation so it’s unbearable humid if you shower, there were times that there wasn’t even hot water, the sofa is gross! It smells, it’s torn and the mattress is useless we couldn’t even use it. There is crack in the wall and wall paper is bubbled up. The mattresses are very old. There is white powder under the mattress where they have been treated for bed bugs. The bedding and pillows are old and low quality. The parking deck is behind the hotel and feels very unsafe. If there had been another hotel available we would have left. I have pictures because I just couldn’t believe a Hilton branded hotel could be this run down. This hotel needs to be closed and completely renovated.
