Great location for cruising, airport and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Room nice but toilet difficult to flush. Easy check in and check out. Travis kept bags in a room until room ready.Super accommodating guy!! Woukd definitely stay again.

This property is rightly undergoing renovation. A lot of work is needed to update an older facility. Light switches didn’t always work. The bathroom was in poor condition. Legacy Embassy Suites facilities have a certain charm to them with the open air central space, but it leaves much to be desired for safety at the upper levels.

The hotel was packed with people because of its close proximity to the cruise port. The main entrance was clogged with people and under construction. The suite we had was lovely and comfortable and the breakfast was beyond anything I have found before in a hotel.

I can not say enough about the staff and management. They had gone above and beyond for us. On the day of our cruise we had forgotten my husbands insulin in the fridge. We had realized this once we were on board. I had called the hotel, they located the insulin and had a worker bring it to the Port for us. Any time we travel to Fort Lauderdale we will never stay anywhere else but here. Everyone we have told this to have been very impressed.

I booked my room through expedia and I would never use you again. I got to deal at all and I was greatly over charged for our room. We paid $400 per night booking over 8 months before and people we spoke with spent on average $250 per night. I am writing a letter and I expect an answer from you. NEVER AGAIN WILL i BE MADE A FOOL OF AGAIN.
