Bathtub was dirty. Soap left in sink and bathtub from previous tenants. I asked to switch rooms and they gave me a hassle argued with me for 15 minutes and finally gave me a room. I booked a queen size bed and it was a full size and they tried to argue with me over that I will never stay here again.

Tne hotle was filthy from the front doors to the wall of elevators. The concierge checked me in and put me in 3rd floor cause shady people walking in. They all looked like drug users.. when I check out cops all over the hotel floors and outside. Its sad csuse hotel is in nice area walking distance to restarants

Wanted to enjoy my Christmas eve and day but was unfortunately welcomed to the overwhelming smell of piss. The elevator, the hallways and even the room i booked smelled very strongly of piss making it extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. I mentioned this to the front desk but he seemed to not care and brushed off the issue. I have no clue why I would spend money at an establishment that cant even do basic cleanliness.

The cable was out for 2 or more days had to request different rooms like 3 times heater made loud ticking noise even when off. Another room had no light bulbs in bathroom. Bed covers and linen was all old and linty. Carpet in all room was filthy, recommended to never walk around bare footed.

Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Light over bathroom sink was burned out. I just stayed one night, and alerted front desk when I checked out. Presumably it will be fixed for the next guest. I would stay here again.

As I’m laying in bed I see a baby bedbug crawling around on the pillow next to me. When I first got there I had to clean the tub just to bathe. Will never return!!!!

I liked nothing about it. From start to finish, we had nothing but problems. Starting from they didnt have my room ready. It was the grossest room Ive ever been in. Half eaten oreos and dust mites under the beds. Alcohol bottle caps and jeans left in the drawers. The floor was disgusting. Bed sheets had stains. Bathroom light didnt work. Shower was nasty. Its almost as if someone was living in the room and left 5 minutes before I walked in. I could still smell them. Hands down, the worst place ever. I have pictures but dont know how to attach them.

We stayed at Extended Stay America Suites on December 7th until 8th. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find used items scattered on the ground in the parking lot. The check-in process was delayed, and when we requested water, we were directed to a vending machine that was out of service. The elevator had a strong smell of smoke, which was unpleasant. While the room itself was clean, spacious, and quiet, the breakfast options were limited, with only coffee and oatmeal available. The staff did eventually refund the money we lost on the broken vending machine. Overall, while the hotel wasn't terrible, the initial experiences and the lack of amenities were disappointing.
