Nice and quiet

The staff was very nice. Check in was quick and easy. We checked in at night. When we got to the room our 2 children were ready for bed. We opened the pull out couch so they could go to sleep. The sheet was very wet. It was wet enough that the mattress was also wet. We called down to the front desk. She was very nice and said she will take care of it. That was the last we heard of it. Luckily we travel with an air mattress since you never know. The kids had to sleep on that. The room smelled like wet linens after that. I put the sheet outside in the hallway where it sat for the entire day until someone moved it to the emd of the hall.the sheet was also stained.

The hotel is located on a beautiful hillside covered in oak trees. One night we heard two owls calling to each other.

The staff stood out, they were friendly and accommodating.

Did not get to stay there while I was in lobby after traveling for 5 hrs had to pee they ignored my urgency and I ended peeing my pants in lobby They canceled my stay called police because I was rude telling them I was disabled and could not hold my urine was told to leave and that they reimburse my room I waited for police to arrive in wet pee pants on h who does that said they had no bathroom by lobby and wanted me to check into get room on 3 re floor but I could not control my bladder so I got kicked out embarrassed and humiliated

We stayed here many days in a row and loved it. One night a baby and children were making noise late at night and the manager changed us to a different and very nice room the very next morning as soon as we let him know! Great service! Very friendly staff ready to help!

Breakfast was only muffins and coffee.

Amazing room. Large and an almost full kitchen. Great deal all around.

Everything was perfect including the comfortable beds!

This is not a hotel for tourists. If you’re not from the area, don’t stay here.

Hotel gave rooms away to others before I could check in.

there should be a sign or notice on check in about needing a coffee maker or other kitchen stuff since there is nothing in the room. When you wake up for coffee that really ruins the day if there is nothing in your room. I would rather stay someone else for that reason

Terrible ! I booked on this Hotel from September 16 to 19, 2024. I checked OUT September 18, 2024 at around 1:45 PM, then, I checked my card the Hotel charged my card with 22.20 USD !!! I called the Hotel by phone, the guy unable to answer directly what caused of charges. Do not book on this Hotel , they will charge your card with hidden charges without informing you ! !!! This Hotel NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!

VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT WE GOT. SHEETS ARE PAPER THIN...ROOM SMELLED BADLY...FLOOR SMELLED OF CIGARETTE. BREAKFAST is only COFFEE AND STALE GRANOLA BARS. Oatmeal was offered as well. Husband and I did not even unpack...slept in clothes. Nobody was at front desk when we checked in. Waited for 15 minutes until someone decided to come out. Dirty and old hotel.

Overbooked and didn’t have a room for me

Its very simple and kept nicely. The staff here all have an integrity that is stand up and honorable. I have stayed in many of hotels, how you treat your guests when you dont have to be nice says so much. I know the little amount of cash i generate for this establishment isnt measurable to some and they are still very pleasant to me. I thank them for that.
