Extended Stay America Suites Wichita East

It was disgusting. Words cannot describe how dirty this room was. We were not able to rest, we kept thinking if they don’t clean the obvious stuff there’s no telling what we’re sleeping on. We were so uncomfortable we left 3 hours after arriving.

Loud, there was an 1” gap between the door and door frame so I heard everyone. Plus some big fight an disturbance in the middle of the night. The bed was hard. The shower was so gross I would not get in.

My children and I had no reason to sleep lightly. Loved our room and the kithen that came with it, my kids say thank you so very much.

It was an okay stay, When we got there they gave us a key to someone else’s room , the overall smell wasn’t the best but it was manageable. The towels looked like they were dirty but i think they were stains that couldn’t come out. I rate this a 5/10

No kitchen appliances provided and when asked if we could receive kitchen appliances I was told it depends on what they have in stock. I don’t like how we were made to believe we would have a fully stocked kitchen and we didn’t. And the “free” breakfast only included store bought muffins and granola bars

Clean, pleasant staff

My car was broken into. I'm highly upset about that. There were no cameras. We had to go to the next hotel to ask for footage. Everything else was decent. There was one particular staff, an African American woman she made the stay worthwhile with her great service. Everyone else's service was average. Hotel was clean by the looks of it but there was food left in the fridge, room smelled a little musty but was still breathable. I LOVED THE SPACE! Beds were comfortable. Stay would've been better if our vehicle had not been broken into.

Carpet was dirty, walls were yellow, pets were allowed and pets continued to bark.

Room lighting was terrible, sheets was very clean, hole in the ceiling. Room wasn’t 100 % ready. Carpet needs to be shampooed.

The room wa spacious

The flip lock was broken. Was woken up by vaccuming at 9 am and someone entered my room with out knocking

Waite 10 minutes for someone to appear at front desk. Felt that the area has safety problems.

This is a place for temp workers, not personal overnight stays. There is no ice machine and the refrigerators do not have ice trays. They did not have a replacement bulb for the lamp. The bathroom light and fan are wired together so not one without the other and the fan was very loud. The bed was soft with no support and no additional pillows or blankets were available.

Staying here regularly. This time no sheets and pillow cases, but was resolved in no time by the friendly receptionist

Stayed at this hotel again, conveniently located just off 54/400. Price and service just right for a good night of sleep. I like the refrigerator and microwave in every room! Very clean.

Needing a brief place to stay on the east side cheaply? This is your place. Seems to be in the midst of a remodel. Can only hope that runs into the guest rooms as well.

I know they make it clear that there is no early check in - not even 30 minutes. But I tried anyway as we needed to have my daughter change for a softball tournament. They stuck to their policy and said no. But we arrived at check in time at 3:00 to find out their internet was down. While several of us stood around, another guest helped the clerk log into his hotspot and we got checked in by 3:30. The room we had was very clean and spacious. If I was there with spending any length of time - ie there for work - I would have felt right at home. The full size fridge was welcomed as we brought a lot of drinks and food with us since the breakfast is just grab and go. The one thing missing was an ice machine but extended stay people probably don’t need one. The exterior was rough in a couple places with large holes and yellow plastics around them that look like they had been there a while. We got back late one night and found a side door that would normally be secured by room key standing propped open.

Really outdated, stained carpet. Feel like its not bad but for the price. But then the kitchenette makes the price more reasonable. Just wasn't impressed.

It was very quiet and and i had plenty of rest than i ormaly do staying any where else.
