Really charming little hotel in a great spot! For the price per night it was perfect, though the bed was smaller than advertised but still fit two people comfortably. Would definitely stay here again.

It was well priced, very clean, amazingly close to downtown and numerous attractions, stores, restaurants. The staff were awesome as well. No fridge or microwave. which depending on why your staying isnt an issue. We loved it for the 2 days we stayed!

Front desk guy was awesome. It’s 3:30 am I’m typing this! The issue was trying to sleep beginning at 11 pm. Finally at 3:00 am I called front desk. She apologized admitted it was her one time. Doors slamming. People in hall talking loudly outside my room off and on. 12:30 am. 1:15 am 1:45 am hear doors, toilets flushing? In other rooms?
I have a serious medical issue. I needed to rest prior to my flight at 7:00 am! I get back In Bed she calls me. I get back up to go answer the phone. She offers me a sound machine to sleep. I have that on my phone.
It’s now 3:36 am. I have to be up at 5:15.
I have not got an hour of sleep!
Basically just paid $110 to be miserable & stressed while thinking based on reviews I would get a good 6 hours rest.

The room was very cold. Wind can blow into the room around the window. The small AC blew little hot air and not enough for the entire room. The room was 19 degrees Celsius or 66 F and won't go up anymore. If you wanna freeze yourself then go for it. It was too cold but the front desk refused to change rooms for us and refused to give any assistance/solutions. We ended up asking for more quilts on my own so that we could be warm enough to be able to sleep. However, the quilts were dirty had signs of blood, and were yellow ish. There was no hot water at all around 11 pm when people were usually ready to go to bed. The front desk asked us just to pray that the heater could be fixed/get back to work asap. Everything in this hotel is really old like 80's. If you want to ruin your vocation, then go for it!

Great place, the room was tiny, but was more of an efficiency. Easy to walk to other places. We went to the Titanic exhibit and it only took a few minutes. There was a parking discount which saved us about $30. The garage was just across the street.
There was construction going on nearby, which woke us up early. I would definitely stay there again.

We were bitten by something and later found a dead bug on the wall that looked like a bed bug. As a precaution, we moved to a slightly bigger room, but I’m not sure if the bites have stopped. To avoid being bitten again, I slept fully dressed. We also had to pack all our belongings into bags to prevent the infestation from spreading to the car. This involved a lot of hot washing and expensive dry cleaning for all our clothes. It’s definitely not the kind of experience you’d expect, especially given the price.
The hotel’s solution was to move us to a different room and release the deposit. I’m not sure how that was supposed to compensate for all the stress and the significant cleaning expenses we incurred.
