Bad check in, AC broke, linen bed dirty, the room smelly. The staff gave me broke room while I am arrived in early morning to stayed begore my next flight. I have very bad stayed and can not sleep well. And about the Air con, the staff can not give the solution. And told me after I called them from my room. She should told me when I checked in.
