I was quite shocked the condition of this hotel especially since I decided to cancel my previous hotel in the Orlando area and booked this one. The accent chair was cover in the stains, the can light started leaking in the bathroom when someone took a shower, and there was a light in the parking lot that was flickering all night that came through our window. Definitely overpaid for the quality of this room.

The roof in my bathroom was leaking. I got to the hotel 10:30 pm I kept hearing drops of water didn’t know where it was coming from, I got up from bed and the whole floor was drenched the toilet seat was also wet. I called the front desk from the room phone3 times no one answered I called from my personal phone they answered right away they said someone was going to be at my room in 5 minutes…. Unfortunately that never happened it took them 50 minutes and 2 more phone calls for them to send someone . I was changed rooms at 1am not even an apology which is disappointing. Then the new room they gave me there was a little kids next door making noise I could not sleep. Usually I stay here but this will probably be my last

Service was excellent but we had no hot water at the time we took showers. It came back later on so I am guessing it was rush hour but a hotel should have enough hot water for all! Just for one night is fine! Price was perfect!

Bathroom was not cleaned properly and having a turd floating on arrival was disgusting. Air conditioning unit makes so much noise that you can’t sleep.
