The Four Seasons team went ABOVE and BEYOND for our family.
Our daughter had a medical emergency on the beach and their team was extremely helpful. They even drove out to the hospital to pick me up and take me back to the hotel when a driver was not available. They then refunded the remainder of our trip.
Luckily, we were able to come back the following evening and their team was able to re-instate our reservation and get us back in the same room. We are very grateful and can't wait to come back!

Incredible stay at the Four Seasons. I brought my mom here and the hotel was fantastic for a mother-daughter trip. Lots of things to do, comfortable room, beautiful ocean views. We saw a monk seal and whales off the shore. The hotel upgraded us since there was availability and we could use the property after our checkout through evening before our late flight (we used the spa facilities to shower). The spa was also excellent and you can use the facilities even without a treatment. They didn’t have a luau during low season but we went over to the rosewood hotel next door for their luau (every Wednesday). It was great. Overall highly recommend the Four Seasons!

Outstanding hotel in a beautiful location with wonderful staff! Great experience top to bottom. Our appreciation increased even more with our next stay at one of the most expensive hotels on Kauai - that hotel fell far short of our experience at the Four Seasons!
