Great option to stay, staff was always very attentive and friendly. Rooms are spacious and have almost everything you'll need. They don't offer bottles of water in the room, but they have a fountain in the lobby, also one small microwave oven in the lobby.

Took a very cold shower in a cold January day because no hot water came out even if I only turned the hot water on the entire time. Mixing hot and cold didn’t work so I only turned on the hot. Still no hot water came out. It was the same with my friend who showered before me. She also took a very cold shower.

I chose this hotel because it was close enough to DTLA, it offered free parking & had a hot tub, I always look for a place with a hot tub as my husband & I always like to use the hot tubs when staying at a hotel, but after we checked in we say hotel employees put cones around the hot tub as it was out of service, which was super dissapointing as we would of chose a nicer place to stay without a hot tub

I’ve stayed before but not in several years. Seems to be an almost all new staff and they’re friendly. After checking out I had to call to inquire and confirm about the 100 deposit authorization credit back to my card as has been the case before and stated clearly at check in by the gentleman. The phone call produced no information. And I wait still for my 100 dollars this is a disappointment

We enjoy our stay at Glendale express. There is sufficient on site parking at no extra charge. The desk staff is very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is clean and housekeeping does a good job. Although we did not ask for housekeeping during our stay. My only complaint was that the furniture was sparse. I needed an extra table for some medical equipment which the desk staff provided but would have been nice to have it there.

Upon checking the room is unsafe. Ceiling is pealing and could be asbestos.
Harsh cleaning chemicals and could not breath. Room is the worst ever, I canceled my stay and the Manager claimed they would refund all money, I have emails. Please credit my card fully. I would pull this hotel from your site. Pictures do not represent actual conditions. Please confirm.

This hotel is clean, comfortable, and affordable. However, I felt it was falsely advertised after seeing the hotel website compared to its actual appearance. I was hoping for a cute boutique hotel, but it resembled more of an everyday motel. If you need a place to stay, it's great and conveniently located, but if you're looking for a charming boutique hotel, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Amenities a little old, minimal furniture. The most inconveniences is no in room safe. Therefore, we couldn’t request room service for the four days we spent there. AC is quite loud. However, staff were friendly and helpful. They have in house laundry facilities. Location is close to many attractions. There’s some snacks for breakfast which is a plus. Free parking.

Every thing was great. No noises waking us up at night, everything was quiet and calm.
The area was very safe . Rooms were nice and clean. Staff were friendly. And most of it is a SMOKE FREE location which is makes extra nice. Will be there again.
