The television didn’t work the first night , the hall was noisy and I don’t like how anyone has access to the floors . The other casino hotel in order to go up stairs in the elevator u need a room key in Order for the elevator to work Not at golden nugget it was like a homeless man walking around the hallways unsafe

Absolutely horrible and rude service. Booked through Expedia, we owed more then the documented amount….and when arrive the guy at the front desk told us to do the math….ive never been more dumbfounded in my life. And leaving, waiting to check out the guy completely ignored us. We stood there for 15 mins until he acknowledged us. The rooms were extremely duty. I hit the lamp and dust came flying everywhere. Very unhappy.

Are TV never really worked. If we had our TV on for an extended time it would start freeze and at some points it would shut off. But all in all it was an ok place to stay
