Hotel and room were very nice. Bed was comfortable. The room was very clean. Plenty of options to eat although a bit pricey. Even with the fees and taxes the price was a bargain. Definitely would stay again.

We had a great time! The newly renovated floor was beautiful ! I could still smell new carpet. We will be back.

My massage at the facility. I've had stone massages before but this was by far the best. My Masseuse Kathy paid attention to areas of weakness and she knew exactly what and how to do. I had a daughter and mom day which was followed by an excellent lunch at Lillie's Asian Cuisine and dinner at the Charter House. Beautiful experience

The stay was comfortable and valet parking was a breeze as I was coming and going a lot. Disappointed that they didn't have any live entertainment the entire weekend. I booked an extra day for the rest but my last day the satellite went out so I was bored because I had no television for the remainder of my stay. I would never have paid for an extra day had I known I would be staring at a blank television screen. Very dissatisfied that nothing was offered to make up for this. I'm also still waiting for my deposit to be refunded and it's been nearly two weeks since I checked out. I called the hotel concerning this and spoke to Brandi in the accounting department who was very polite and pleasant and was told that it was refunded. However, my bank told me that nothing was refunded and there is no pending refund showing. Tried calling the hotel again several times only to continously receive a voice-mail and now I'm waiting for a response. I can't say that this was the worst experience, but I also can't honestly say that I would recommend this place.

I usually come here. The casino is great. They always have music at the bar which gives a good ambient to the hotel and the staff is very attentive. Rooms are cozy.

The manager Victoria was a very nice and helpful. But the rooms could use major renovating. Television and cabinets need to be updated. As well as windows cleaned. Food outlets way to expensive for what they offer.
