Everything is the same from when I was a kid. Both hot tubs were filled with kids the whole time when one is supposed to be adults only. Waterpark is rusted and out dated. Not enough tables and chairs in the Waterpark we had to sit on the ground and make our own pile of stuff. Breakfast is packed again not enough tables and chairs, there was lines just to get on the elevator then lines to get to the breakfast. We ended up going somewhere else to eat.

I felt like the waterpark could use a much needed update. There is only one way to get into the waterpark and you have to go through the lobby while people are checking in and the doors kept opening because of the traffic. I wouldn’t thane minded if it was summer but we did stay while there was a freeze warning with negative degree weather. I felt like if there was possibly a remodel they could figure out way to avoid walking through the lobby and fix some cosmetic things the waterpark needed.

The hotel is in major need of maintenance. The carpet had a hole in it, the door had a crack at the bottom, the desk drawer would not stay closed, and a lot of evidence of wear and tear that have been neglected.

We had a great time! Only issue was housekeeping didnt clean our room. They did call in a manager and our room was #5 that she had to clean. I hope the morning person was fired. We will absolutely go again, the grands had such an exciting time.

Nice environment for little kids. Expect crowds in the water park in the afternoon as the hotels sells day passes to the public. Plan on 9am to 1pm for the most freedom. In the water.
Hotel and water park is dated and could use some dressing up. Breakfast eating area is small for all the family traffic it sees in the morning. Very limited seating.

Bathroom vent didnt work causing tons of steam in room after shower. My child and i both stubbed our toes on the door stopper causing them to bleed. Elevators were so congested that trying to get out of the hotel was a nightmare. No luggage carts available so toting up children and luggage was exhausting

Good breakfast and hotel room was clean. It’s definitely outdated and worn down in the waterpark along with some of the hotel amenities considering the nightly rate you pay. The kids had fun at the waterpark and enjoyed the games that were lead by staff.

Way too many people for 2 elevators. Very, very long line for breakfast which was included. The pool was nice but I believe people from the outside are allowed in if they pay. Makes it difficult for patrons who paid to stay and play.

The front desk was helpful and responsive. Stephanie was especially wonderful. The concession stand at the water park and the manager at Tony Roma’s were rude and we had to basically beg for food. Food at the concession stand was over done and gross. Tony Roma’s food was good and the hostess and waiter were great. The manager originally refused us service because we had 11 people and she said the kitchen was too busy. The hostess and waiter were great and apologized for the manager. There were plenty of tables open and we said we didn’t mind waiting.
