It was very confusing finding our room from the parking garage. Hard to go up a few floors and then make our way to the completely other side of the building to find the one elevator that would take us to the 6th floor. I met others on the way that were just as confused. My room was very clean but also very odd. I gave no complaints about the room but it was the oddest set up.

The ice water in the lobby was such a nice touch .Breakfast has many options. I had to do laundry and that was available at 6 am.I had two different rooms..the first night the King size bed was soft and super comfortable...the next night the King size bed was too firm for me and uncomfortable...so they are not all the same. The showers are awesome and I can see the tables on the shampoo and conditioner... with out my glasses...so that's nice ...the staff was professional, friendly and helpful. I loved my stay. ..This will be my Seattle Hotel

The location was great but to find a parking spot is challenging even after you pay. The breakfast was nice with lots of options. We stayed for one night and the front desk was very friendly and gave us free water and local restaurant suggestions. However our wonderful experience was cut short by a very uncommon incident based on my vast experience with Hilton properties. We were checking out around 10 am trying to beat the Seattle traffic on our way to Port Angeles and requested the FD attendant for a couple of bottles of water as we did not want to stop by a gas station. The clerk refused to give my wife the water while she was handing the keys back. We were very surprised since Hilton hospitality is always top notch. May be this guy doesn’t need to represent the brand and look for a different profession or get a training in empathy.

Room was nice. That’s it.
Toilet paper was really far away from the toilet. Either get the toilet paper before you use the toilet or leave it on the tank. Counter in the bathroom was really small.
Room was very noisy. Could hear loud footsteps from the room above and heard whenever they flushed the toilet. We stayed in a suite but it wasn’t worth the money
Would never stay here again.

Check in was easy. The facilities were very clean with modern furnishings. The room was quiet & well equipped with a fridge, microwave, safe, coffee maker. The heat/ac unit was quiet. The bathroom had a large granite vanity. The breakfast bar had lots of options and varied from day to day.

Paying for parking was horrible. Getting a room I didn’t book was not nice either. To God be the glory made it back safely but not sure I could go back based on the high prices for everything. Expedia gave you one price and when you get to your destination the car rental is one exorbitant price and the hotel has parking that you need to pay for. Never before have I experienced this and I have stayed at numerous hotels.

The room was not cleaned well. Though looked good on the surface, there was a dog toy under the couch, dirty underwear on the safe, dirty Qtip in the closet, garbage on the fridge. We didn't search out these things.
Parking underground is very tight and the electric charger is only Tesla so didn't work for us and expensive daily rate.
Breakfast was good, though everything was on disposable plates and cutlery which doesn't seem "ecocertified". I did not feel like it was environmentally friendly.
The king suite is a large space. Beds were ok. Bathroom was noisy (door stuck and toilet was loud). We were ground floor facing out and that was also a bit noisy, though luckily not a busy street. Best thing was location for tourist attractions; wouldn't stay there again
