Nice hotel in a location close to lot of attractions

It is convenient, clean hotel that we usually stay when we come to universal studios. We like that they offer hot breakfast. What we do not like is that parking is not included, but in general everything was good.

This was a solid hotel near Hollywood attractions. It was quiet and clean and had a solid free breakfast. The pool was tiny (only really useable by small children), but we stayed in December, so that wasn't a big deal for us. Great staff, too. At first, we weren't really sure about dining options near the hotel, but we found a Thai restaurant less than a half block away (Nat Thai) that was *amazing* and very cheap. Far better than the nearby fast-food options and easier than door dash. The only thing we were a little disappointed in was the valet parking. You are basically forced into it - there really aren't other reasonable parking options in the area. That means another daily charge on top of what we already paid for the hotel. The valets were very nice and extremely efficient, but we wish we'd realized the situation before we arrived. Still, that was a minor annoyance at best. We enjoyed our stay and felt confident we'd made the right choice because of the location, the quiet, the staff, and the food.

We reserved a king sweet with couch bed for our kiddos to share. When time for bed we pulled it out and the hinges were broken so the end of the bed was on the floor. They brought up a twin rollaway bed for the kids to share. Ok.. time for bed and there is one pillow for two kids?? My husband called front desk for extra bedding and they said that house keeping was closed. I called back asking why they wouldn't be sure that there was enough bedding for 4 since that's how many the reservation was for? King bed was very uncomfortable. Almost felt like laying on cardboard and it moved significantly every time we barely bumped into it. Not an ideal stay for the price we paid.

This is a good hotel with free breakfast

This place was really great to stay. Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. The room was perfect. King size bed was amazing I lost my wife in the bed it was so big. I had to snuggle up to her because I missed her in that large bed. Breakfast was good and met some nice people while eating our meal. Over all I’m impressive and would love to stay again.

The parking is only valet with 50$ additions. It is not clearly mentioned on website. Only one day before stay we got email. Seems like a hidden charge.

Nice place to stay don’t far go arround Hollywood

When booking the room the hotel stated there was parking, which i thought would be an extra charge added per usual or free because all it said was parking under amenities. The day before check-in i received an email for tips to onow at check-in and it stated there was only valet parking on site for $50 a day. I wish that was stated under parking. The other option for parking when i called the hotel to ask once i read the email i was told street parking/meterd parking around the area. Decided to pay for valet since we dont know the area well and didnt trust our car parked on the street. Once in the room we pulled the sofa bed to use and it was broke. Informed the desk they moved us rooms. The next sofa bed was lopsided but atleast not too broken not to sleep on it. When i was given the new key the receptionist said they checked a room before finding this one and that bed was broken as well. It makes me think are the sheets on the safa beds not being changed since they didnt know 2 sofa beds were broke. In both rooms we were in the fabric chairs at the desks had stains on them that were very noticeable. We had a laye check-in since we were at the theme park for the day so we really didnt have an option to try and find another hotel near by. Will nit be staying there again or suggesting it to family or friends. Very disappointed.

We were very impressed with the rooms, spacious, clean & comfortable. My adult sons loved the included breakfast. The other areas of the hotel & facilities were great. Staff were friendly & helpful. Location was central. Would definitely stay again.
