I checked in to my room and found it had not been cleaned from previous check in. I was given another room, but it too had not been cleaned!! Beds undone, food in room, etc. I got a third room however no longer the accomodations i booked because they had no more rooms left.

The property is excellent! My room was very large, beautiful and up to date! Check in was slow but staff was friendly. Had to pay $18 per day to park, but this hotel was worth it! I’ll stay here again and again! The price is right!!!!! Love love love it!

Room wasn’t ready at 3pm for check in and waited over 2 hours

I didnt like that they said i was getting a ocean view and i didn't get that. They said had a pool bit but it dodnt have a water. Hot tub was dried. Elevator was broken and we were in the 3rd floor

Worst bed we ever slept in a hotel and bathroom was in terrible shape. Toilet didn't work half the time.

Not much to do. Just a lot of bars and Ralphs. Tried to find nice restraint, one sad Fig, no table available. But we saw a lot open! Hotel is nice, quiet and clean.

Great for families.

The staff was friendly but we were very disappointed that the property website did not stay up to date with the amenities Got there. And the pool was closed and the jacuzzi was closed Yet Expedia still had these as amenities on their site when we booked Kept getting a room that we didn't book. We needed enough beds for the guests that we indicated The room was in decent shape. Little things like the TV didn't work. It didn't connect. So kind of a bummer. Can't watch TV in bed The screen fell off of the patio door The ice machine on our floor didn't work For the price I paid we could have stayed somewhere nicer in the area so that's why I was disappointed if the room was cheaper. Most of this stuff wouldn't matter but I did pick this hotel based on the location and the amenities and the size of room we needed

Desk clerk was very friendly and suggested excellent restaurant.

Everything was really clean. Breakfast was 5star. Service was excellent. It charges a small parking fee

Very mediocre hotel. Needed maintenance to come fix a toilet problem and they never came.
