It’s a lovely quiet place and I can usually see trees out of the window which is nice. I know the area well and even tho it’s very close to route 80, you don’t notice it when you are there. It’s a clean and well maintained property. My only slight complaint is in the bathrooms! Those dispensers for shampoo, etc. are too high up on the wall for shorter people lol - and they hadn't been checked lately as the conditioner was bone dry. Other than that tho - it’s a great place to stay!

Was pretty good besides the pool not being available and it’s mid summer . But overall nice everyone was welcoming and friendly..

Only one elevator was working during our stay which meant crowded and waits. The television access is limited to general stations offered by the hotel.and the rolling on screen guide is hard to follow, cannot look ahead or see how far along the episodes are as they play. There is no way to access Netflix, Hulu or Prime so you are stuck with the limited, mostly dated TV showed and low rated selections offered on the hotel TV. There is no way to select or buy a movie.

No exhaust fan in bathroom and we did NOT like the sliding door for the bathroom. It was awkward not being able to lock it and it doesn't seal. Not a good design.

The room was in need of some maintenance, particularly the shower which leaked, the shower head would not fully turn off and made loud dripping noises all night. And there is a lot of water damage in the bathroom. The bed was too stiff for me but that’s more of a preference issue. I would stay again but not sure I would recommend very highly. All staff was friendly.

The first room had no cold water in the shower. They moved us to another room. Air conditioning was just ok. Had to wait quite some time to get hot water at breakfast. No black tea. Only green tea and decaf.
