I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel and saw that is was in a mix of suburban and commercial area. This is a plus for someone who is traveling without a vehicle. The hotel staff was very friendly. Specifically Mark. The gentleman who worked the front desk checking us in and giving us pointers and tips through our short stay. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area. The breakfast was good. The interactive waffle station was a nice touch. Overall it was a great stay. If I had to have one critique it would be to spot treat the carpet in our room.

Pleasant and worry-free!

It was okay, we were not in the room a lot. The air didn’t work well very hot and humid at night. We turned the air down to 63 and it was still hot when we were sleeping . The mini fridge didn’t work, but they fixed it. It’s an older hotel, pictures online looked better than the actual rooms. The breakfast was good.

This was my first time staying in a Hampton in a while and it was not the best experience. They charge daily for parking and the hotel was very dirty and old. The furniture was tearing apart and the carpet in the room was sticky and dingy. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night (around 1:30am) during my stay. Though I understand accidents happen, it would have been nice to receive a text or email from management.

Was not expecting to pay for parking but overall nice stay! Loved breakfast , and my little girl loved the pink waffles! Thank you.

Really clean and cozy room :)

Maybe we got a bad room, but the fridge didn’t work, the sink clogged even if you just use water. It leaked water from the faucet too. The hallways and elevator always had a weird odor. The staff wasn’t inviting at all. You have to speak to them before they speak to you. I like that there’s gated parking though. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

The rooms was very nasty we had to change 3 times , one was smelling like pee the other one had baby roaches , one room had old towels on the floor

My truck was stolen from this property.. I paid extra for the gated secure parking.. which had no cameras in the parking lot facing none of the cars.. no security guards or cameras even though it says it has .. the staff was not helpful at all .. never offered to help get me a ride .. I had surgery that morning at 7 and had no way of getting there.. they have a shuttle but nobody there to drive it .. basically I was on my own.. the manager doesn’t get there until after 10 each morning and she was no help when she got there.. would not let us see the one camera they do have that faces the exit .. not helpful at all .. said we need to call police but needed to wait until manager was there.. not what I expected at all being on the side of town we were in .. very disappointed

Perfect location for our event. Wasn't expecting the charge for parking. But it is a gated parking area.

Front desk staff was amazing and very accommodating to our needs. We will definitely be back.

We arrived at 4 pm an hour after check in begins and got the key to our room, to find it hadn’t been cleaned we told the front desk who offered us 2 smaller rooms then the one we had originally purchased. So we declined and had to wait half an hour till the room was cleaned making us late for our dinner reservations. There were no refunds offered or complementary anything.

Front desk staff and Lobby was nice but beyond that Nothing like the pictures shown, We expected better. There was trash already in the trash, my husband killed 2 bugs that appeared to be roaches and the hotel halls & rooms it's self could use some repairs.
