Near many useful stores. Can walk to dinner. Easy access to freeway.

The housekeeping was subpar from our experience at other hotels. We were unaware that housekeeping only came into our room every other day when we booked. The neglected to leave a sufficient number of towels for 2 days so that we could take a shower everyday. When we asked for extra towels they left one for 1 people to have a shower with. We had to complain a second time in order to get enough towels. The bathtub was slow draining and we were up to our ankles in water by the end of our showers and we did not take showers. After working 35 years in the plumbing and heating industry, I was about to start removing hair clogs from drains on my vacation. The bathtub was slippery and I also fell several times. Last but not least the cleaning staff couldn’t even remove a used coffee cup from the night stand. The grounds were nice as was the building inside and out, but the housekeeping was not befitting the rest of the product.

A/C unit in the room was very loud when turned on.

It was great

Was able to hear loud footsteps up until 1:00am when that person finally went to sleep or I could fall asleep. They were very active above or beside me. Hard to tell if it was above or the room beside me. It was one of those situations where you have a conference call very early and need to fall asleep early. Was thinking of changing rooms but had all my stuff ready for the next morning so it would have been a chore to pack up to even change rooms. If you’re sensitive to loud footsteps above or beside you, I’d try another hotel. Nice place and very clean, but quite noisy. I use a white noise maker and had to have it on the bed next to me to even fall asleep.

We enjoyed staying at this location. It is conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. We will be back to stay again soon.

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. The bed are getting old , the pillows are horrible. We had a very unpleasant interaction with one of the people to front desk. The entire incident was over semantics. Although this hotel is very convenient when we stay in San Jose we will look for another horel in the future.

The hotel itself is great. The only ussue we had with was the AC unit. It was way too noisy and woke me up several times during the night. But i believe this is a common desease of such hotels and i hope it will be treated at some point.

Great location in South San Jose, clean, nice rooms

Hotel was great. The only issues were there was a wedding at the hotel and only one elevator was working so wait time to get on the elevator was usually 15 to 20 minutes at all times.

Good value, clean, newer hotel, next to the freeway, lots of food options 1 minute away, gas station near by..

We have stayed here for business and personal trip, The breakfast is ok for free.

Great hotel, great room and great Breakfast

Unfortunately the internet went down hard for 2 days. The last 2 visits were a ok.

Did not ask for ID at check in or verify that the credit card was mine. Had to go back and forth to the desk 3 TIMES TO GRT KEYS THAT WORKED AND THE ENDED UP HAVING TO SWITCH US FROM THE KING ROOM THAT WE RESERVED TO a 2 queen room. The lady actually had the gall to say that I should be happy that I was not being charged an increased rate for the QUEEN ROOM. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENCE SQUARED!

Our room was not fully cleaned upon arrival. There were girl nails, food, metal pins on the carpet floor. The walls had marks on them, shaving cream on bathroom wall. We woke up to find a puddle near window due to rain. Kind of horrible but I guess at least there was breakfast included

I like this place nice and clean

Front desk staff was beyond rude. The elevator was broken and my Mom uses a walker. We ended up not checking in and left. I’ll never stay here or recommend to family or friends.
