Excellent…

Shower was awesome, great water pressure and really hot water!

The hotel was clean and looked pretty new. We were very satisfied.

Our room obviously had been wet at some point had a very musty smell

Dirty! Moldy! Stinky!

Hotel was clean and bright. And, in particular, the provided breakfast was excellent. I will plan to stay here again.

I had an air conditioner problem- the staff addressed quickly.

Asked to have the room cleaned and it wasn’t done until the 3rd day. The hot water was scolding, never felt water that hot anywhere. The pillows were mush even 3 stacked together. Other than that it was average at best. Sorry, it’s the truth.

The room was not clean. There were stray hairs in the bathroom and grimy tiles. The living area had dirty carpet with lots of debris in the corners. We told our children not to walk barefoot anywhere in the room. The room (#400) was missing the emergency exit instructions. Outside, we went to the pool to find that it was so cloudy that you could not see your feet. There was also a pool light on the concrete deck with an electrical wire going into the pool. We left, assuming that the pool was not in service despite the sign saying it was open. We returned with our friends after an employee ensured us the pool was fine. My 9-year old was too scared to go in the pool due to not being able to see the bottom of the pool. The front desk staff at check-in were friendly. However, the lady monitoring the breakfast area was coughing so hard that my wife did not want to eat. I will avoid Hampton Inn in the future.

Breakfast staff was wonderful! Pool was green and then closed with no explanation. Asked to use Sister Hotel pool and was told no.

There was a mild smell of mold in the room, which was unfortunate, but we were otherwise happy with our stay.

It’s remote but really nice! Clean, spacious, quiet, with lovely staff and great breakfast!

Staff was helpful & friendly. Amenities were nice. Hotel had a lot of guests with pets. Unfortunately, our room smelled like pets. We do not have pets & just wish that some rooms not all rooms were for families traveling with pets & the others were strictly for those of us without pets (kinda like pets & non-pets sections). This would also help with allergies. Overall a pleasant stay.

Loved it. Everyone was so nice that I had contact with & safe parking lot. Gym was amazing. Bed was super comfortable and loved my little chair in the corner to watch tv and edit!

Excellent value for the cost

Overall the experience was good. The room was ready and the check-in was easy and fast trough the app. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was good with a lot of choices of food and drinks. Only few details that I didn’t like. The conditioner bottle was empty, the pool was alright but a few people were smoking near and it smelled really bad.

We were early checking in but they rushed to get us in. Our room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke but it was comfortable and clean.
