The only thing negative I have to say is that I wish they had more elevators because pulling 2 heavy suitcases across carpet down 3 long hallways to get to my room was a little bit tough but other than that everything was great.

Beds are just uncomfortable. And not being able to check out on the TV and having to b go downstairs just to find out I can do by text. That info should be in the room.

There’s currently Jan 2025 a lot of construction going on and It starts very early and it’s very loud. Also Whenever a neighbor opens and allows their door to slam shut, the entire room rattles and sounds like a shotgun while trying to sleep. I lost my tweezers and while searching the room, I pulled the nightstand table out and there was left over chips and food crumbs all on the floor that housekeeping apparently missed. On check out day, construction caused our entire floors water to get turned off and we had to wait over 2 hours to get a key to a different room to shower and brush our teeth. It was NOT a good experience.

Under complete construction. No clear directions of where things are. Got a migraine from the fumes of the paint in my room. Drywall all over the floors in the halls. If I would have known the kind of destruction the actual hotel was under I would not have stayed here.

Overall the hotel is great. Our room was so hot, we couldn’t figure out how to make it cool down. And our water was shut off for a few hours which sucked.

The room was in horrible shape. It was gross, and stunk. The carpet had holes and was pulling up in multiple places and was dirty. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the lights were rusted, parts missing off of the vanity and nails exposed and sticking out by the toilet, the sheetrock on the wall in the bathroom was coming off in multiple places. I'm guessing this was due to mold or mildue being painted over time and time again. It was shocking to me for the price we paid that the room was in such bad shape. Nothing like the picture. The room needs a full reno. Spend your money at another hotel close to Disneyland, it HAS to be better than the Anaheim Hilton. We have stayed at close to a dozen different hotels over the years when we have gone to Disneyland, and they all have been way better than the Hilton.

I had to call and visit the desk several times to get checked in and gain access to my room. Security had to let me in at 1am. The keyless entry and the app didn’t work at all for me at this location. And having to pay 39$ extra to park, when I rent a room, seems unreasonable.

Total chaos with endless construction and the garage and lobby are a mess. Room is okay but bed was horrible and lumpy. Couldn’t sleep. Shower not much pressure. 39 bucks for the garage that was a mess

The hotel was currently under renovation so most areas were off limits. The heater in the room wasn’t working at first but someone came by to quickly fix it.

The pictures are extremely misleading. The pictures shown are the newly renovated rooms and they provide you with the old rooms upon arrival. There was so much dust everywhere, the bed sheets were stained and extremely dirty, and the carpet was stained and dirty. We requested a change of rooms and were given another floor that was equally as dirty. When we were finally given a remodeled room, it smelled like construction, there was active construction happening next door that was noisy, and the bathroom door was broken. The AC/Heater doesn’t work properly, even in the remodeled rooms. The air was terrible and left us all congested. The property doesn’t care about their guests. They told us that we were upgraded to a “view of the pool” which was under construction.

The room was misleading compared to pictures online. Shower tub is so small I almost hit my elbow,water heater in the shower not working properly. The sink in the bathroom is broken.A very small mirror.The room is so old with the furnitures. The Ac/heater of the room is broken we and my kids are frozen.I am so disappointed with my stay plus they charge daily parking.
