The staff were extremely nice and friendly. Made me feel very welcome… Shout out to Security and Engineer who helped me get back in my room after a night lock fail… Will definitely return!!!

Great location and nice restaurants. My only complaint was the A/C, it wouldn’t turn off. After a couple calls they finally shut it off.

I didn’t like the fact that there was not a microwave to be used so we wasted a lot of our food. Also my company that lived in Fort Lauderdale if they had to come visit me, they would have to spend $40 for parking. Loves easy access to water taxi.

Access to the water taxi was great. Maid service missed our room two days in a row. Not the level of service we expect at a Hilton hotel.
