Stayed for one night with family, and it was a very pleasant stay. Clean room, very quiet, friendly staff, and they were willing to accommodate a late checkout request. I am happy the cleaning crew even stuck to the late checkout time, and didn't wake us super early in the morning in mid-sleep (which tends to happen more often than not on late checkouts). There were several food options nearby, and it was a convenient location. Thumbs up, would stay here again in.

Room wasn’t what I booked which should have had a couch. Pictures showed one but room didn’t have one. Also, there were barely 10 people in the entire hotel but we were given a room with tue worst view. It’s not like we got a discount from Expedia. Hotel website rate was the same. Will not go again. Lobby and common areas were cleaner than the room. Water pressure very low.

Very clean. Friendly, but slow service at front desk. Both checking in and checking out. Could not get a printed receipt at checkout. Was told that it wound be emailed. 6 hours later now, no email, no receipt. Curtains don’t close all the way causing outside spotlights putting too much light in room at night. TV remote didn’t work.

The receiving area was very interesting with bar and eating and many spaces for visiting but the bar was not open and there was a problem with the elevators. Breakfast is available but not free for guests. Coffee is provided though. The bathrooms are very dated and the tile was bulging and grout old and discolored. Time to upgrade. The hotel is in a nice area and the staff was extremely nice.
