Hilton Garden Inn Denver Downtown

Upon getting to our room we noticed it was very cold so we put the heater on full blast and then left to get dinner. When we returned the room was still cold and the heater wasn't working. We call the front desk and they sent maintenance up to check it. He worked on that heater for almost an hour before accepting defeat and offering to move us to another room. The move was seamless and the front desk staff was great about it. The next morning we had breakfast at the hotel and the lady running it was kind and attentive the entire time. Checkout was a breeze. We will be back to this property again!

We had a nice stay for the Billy Strings concert. The toilet paper was terrible! We should have brought our own.

Great location and price. The only that I did not like was the front desk did not explain the incidental fees (how much it was each night and the parking fees) she just put it on my account. That was rude and taken for granted. There were no signs posted in the lobby area or checkin counter.

Good place to stay in the city. Walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants.

Convenient walk to the trade show

This stay was wonderful. The accommodations were a great value for the price. There is construction in the hotel right now and I know that made it difficult for one guest I saw in the elevator, but it was not an issue for us. We got a newly remodeled room, so it was very clean. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. The restaurant was being remodeled but they managed to offer a menu for B/L/D and a seating area that was cozy, clean and convenient. I really enjoyed the stay and would stay here again.

We exhibit at the convention center and have booked 10 rooms each year. For the last 2 years, we have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn downtown. Although it wasn't fancy, it is a very clean, quiet hotel that is close to the convention center and restaurants, has a gated parking ramp and most of all, an incredible staff that is dedicated to customer service. They are just finishing major renovations throughout the hotel, so we can't wait to go back next year.

Rooms were newly renovated

Charging extra for a typical hotel breakfast was a little sad, but everything else was great!!

they were under reconstruction,so things were a little cluttered and that is understandable

Room was very clean and presentable. Staff were only too happy to help. Would stay there again!

My concerns had nothing to do with the hotel nor the service but other issues. The people next to me purposely kept slamming the doors all day and night. I tried to increase the room temperature but the thermostat wouldn’t go higher than 72 degrees considering it was 11 degrees outside.

it could of had 5 stars like the other hiltons i stayed as a hilton member. but the carpet needs shampoo cleaning room 907 or new one install

Close to convention centre

This was the perfect place for our weekend event. Centrally located with convenient parking. Entire place was very clean and the front desk person was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

The tub handle came off. The itonndidnt work had to ger w new one and the room was cold

Was a wonderful stay extra security...wish I was told about the parking fees...but besides that loved it

Property was under renovations and nowhere did it mention this when I booked my stay, terrible setup for what was a marginal breakfast that was included,,, every morning I was billed $16 for a breakfast that was included in my stay, I would explain this to their staff having to prove I had breakfast included, they would then remove the charge,, the next day same thing again another bill for $16 that again I had to explain that I was not to be billed as my breakfast was included, 3rd day again another bill for $16 for another breakfast that I had to show again my itinerary that I had breakfast included,,, people working at the front desk have no clue whats going on, every morning they would run out of eggs, bacon and sausage that you had to wait 10minutes for them to replenish, other than this hotel being in a good location there are better options that you would be better off choosing if you decide to stay Downtown Denver.
