Hilton Grand Vacations Club Kings’ Land Waikoloa

Nice, clean, well equipped condo. Nice pool and access to the Hilton pools and lagoon was a bonus. Good activities for kids everyday in the keiki club and great sandy area with waterslide for kids to play.

I loved this property! My only complaint was that upon checkin they did not explain the need for wristbands at the pools (or hours!) for either facility. We made two trips to the larger Hilton without being able to make use of the slides. And on our day of departure we also didn’t realize we needed the wristbands at the Land pools. But otherwise everything was great!

Full access to amenities at main hotel was grear.

We had a wonderful time. My kids loved the slides and pools. Just a bonus to the beach.

Didn’t like that the room only had a tub to bathe in and the maid took all our hand towels and wash clothes but didn’t leave clean ones.

Great hotel room that felt more like a suite. Grounds and amenities were wonderful with a friendly staff and the neighborhood village was a nice combination of shops and natural beauty. The setting provided options for a nice morning walk and endless time at multiple pools or the beach.

Property and area was not overly busy and congested

Great property for families with kids. Lots of amenities and options to fill your day. While it’s a 30 min drive from Kona, we preferred to stay in Waikoloa Village with the access to the various pools, salt water lagoon, watching dolphins, access to beach, kids club, etc.

We loved the property but how does the bar close at 7 pm . Didn’t like that

Beautiful resort, accessible to lots of shops, eats and activities

The entire stay at this property was the highlight of our trip. Our room, and the grounds were beautiful and as an additional bonus you get access to the Hilton pool down the street. 100% will be staying here again.

The suite we were in was spacious and beautiful. It was fairly quiet where we stayed. The pools were nice and they had a section for smaller children. The property is large so we did have to drive to get to the pool. The major downside to the stay, there was a cockroach issue. We found them under the kitchen sink, coming out of the electrical socket, and on the kitchen counter. Informed staff multiple times and was told maintenance would check it out. But even then, there was still roaches. Understandably, roaches aren’t very easy to get rid of. We were not offered another room or an alternative option. It was inconvenient because we could not leave any food on the kitchen counters or even while making food. We had to keep the trash can out from under the sink so the roaches wouldn’t get into it.
