The property was newly renovated and looks much better than it did when I stayed there in March 2023.

My door didn’t latch securely and I found out the hard way. Room 431 need to be looked at

Pool was great and hotel was very clean!!

It’s ok for the price! But you could find bigger rooms at different hotels for the same price.. I did right after I got there and paid.

Bathroom dirty. Window in room broken and wind coming in. Construction everything

Check in was good, staff was welcoming. Staff explained to use the phone to call front desk for any issues during the check-in but they know that the phones were not working. Dont know why anyone will misguide the customers. Later, during our stay we tried to call the front desk to resolve a technical issue in our room and phones were not working. We went down to the front desk and there was note left saying "the front desk is busy helping other customer" (which i dont believe) i waited for 20mins and left a note with my room # at the desk to call or reach out to us and there wasNo response from the management. The next day when i explained the situation to the front desk person, they agreed that phones were not working, they knew about it and also gave a silly excuse for not responding for my note. They seemed careless and felt like they do not care about the situation.

We checked in smoothly, but our room was not clean. Our phone did not work, and we had no remote control to watch TVtelevision

The facility lobby and breakfast area are under construction and unsightly. This is temporary though. Noisy street might keep light sleepers up at night. The desk lady was very sick at our check in 12/27 around 7 pm. She wore a mask but I felt bad for her having to work sick, she could barely talk. Also not good for a customer service. Otherwise, decent shopping around the area and good cinnamon rolls at breakfast.

There was construction going on so it’s was dirty all over. Front desk person was friendly but checkout experience was good.

There were plenty of options to dine. The stores were within walking distance.

Staff sucks, waited 45 mins to check in while the guy at the front desk talk to his girlfriend on the phone. Then gave us a room the key ain’t work. Then when I went down to get a new key that didn’t work so they had to give us a new room. The front desk employee had a very bad attitude.

the pool didn’t work

Staff was rude and not friendly at all. Building under remodeling. No pool access.

The property was very nice and newly renovated, however, they had no staff at the desk at checkout a housekeeper was at the desk collecting room keys because the front desk staff called in and they waiting for the Manager to come in and those who were checking out could not checkout.
