Nice place

The breakfast excellent and well stocked for a busy Sunday morning. The front desk staff was helpful in helping us arrange transportation to our event I. Cincinnati. Room was clean and smelled good. All around nice experience.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic! Location of hotel was not the best but still a nice hotel.

We are traveling from Canada. We did not arrive until 2am but check in was simple and fast. Staff was amazing. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was simple yet delicious. Staff this morning was kind, helpful and also amazing. Party of 11 people (7kids) We are on a road trip and sad we only spent 1 night. We will be back!!! Highly recommend stopping here!

From check-in to check-out everything was wonderful. Tidy, quiet, friendly hotel. Plentiful and delicious breakfast each day. Pool area always clean. Could not be more pleased w our stay!

My daughter loved the pancake maker for breakfast. It was the highlight of our morning. The beds and pillows were super comfy too. We had some younger guests next to us for a wrestling event and they were in and out of their room consistently and slamming their door when coming & going for many hours of the evening. It eventually stopped but I was very close to calling the front desk as it was hard to fall asleep for a 5 am wake up with slamming doors until 11 pm. I assumed if I said something to the front desk, they would have handled this expeditiously.

Our room was cleaned week every day. Dining area was clean. Breakfast was not hot. The eggs and sausage were just warm, therefore not that appealing.

Not a good view of the river!

Clean and nice- beds very comfortable. Check in and out very easy and woman( wish I could remember her name)? was warm personable and helpful in directions and suggestions for places to eat. She is a definite asset to your company.

The check in staff was cheerful and friendly and were happy to welcome us.

From checking in to checking out everything was great. Room was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good as well. I would stay again in the future.

This was our annual family trip to Cincinnati to finish up our Christmas shopping with family and friends. The ladies (Kathleen & Amanda) were so nice so kind during our check in.
