Holiday Inn Express & Suites CROSSVILLE, an IHG Hotel

This was a nice place to stay in Crossville!

Our car brokedown while traveling and this hotel was affordable as well as close to where we were. We needed a place to stay for our family of 5. We were met by an extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff. The next day we were allowed a late check out and then to wait in the lobby until our rental car was ready and the shuttle service was able to pick us up. They were very friendly and so helpful. The room was clean and much nicer than we expected and the location was safe and quiet. The breakfast hours are wonderful and the food was the best continental breakfast we've ever had. An excellent selection of options and tasted so good!

Very friendly/helpful staff. Property was a difficult in and out. Comfortable bed. Flying critters in the Bathroom were not a value added. BR door was quite beat up. Looked like someone tried to break in the BR thru a locked door. Breakfast area was quite small. List of suggested eating places was outdated. Tried 2, both closed. would not have eaten at them, if open. Property was not a good value for the $$$'s.

Manager and staff were helpful and courteous.

Just passing through, so we only stayed for one night. We asked for an extra set of bedding, actually asked twice and was told it was on the way, but never showed. The receptionist walked in our room with our daughter, after she went to the desk to ask for it. That was really weird. She said she wanted to see if we really needed it. In regards to the cleanliness, there were spiders and webs in the bathroom, ants in the living room area and the air conditioning didn’t seem to cool the room. All that would have been doable if they had breakfast available at 9:45, but nope it ended at 9:30! Oh, of course the beds were uncomfortable! It was one night…we survived!
