Very clean, friendly staff, good room service, breakfast was served a little cold.

While this property felt old and a bit rundown, there were major positives as well: friendly staff, comfortable beds, & excellent options during breakfast. Location is in a strip mall area and a bit difficult to get into/out of but, overall, I'd stay at this property in the future.

Dining option, location to shopping

We only pit stopped here for the night. We did not see or do much. But, for a quick and easy stop in a nice and restful place, this fits the bill. Every time we're in Frankfurt, we stay here.

Did a weekend stay at this hotel and was very happy had a great experience all around didn’t have time to use the pool tho. Has quite a few things within walking distance food, groceries and my favorite Starbucks if I need a hotel this area again I’ll be staying here hope this helps anyone looking!

It was a good location, however it might be nice to have some outdoor seating at the hotel for guests.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient.

Stayed here one night as we were touring Buffalo Trace which is about 4-5 miles away. The room was clean and comfortable with no issues. Checkout time was noon which worked out great as we were able to leave and get in line for the gift store at Buffalo Trace by 730 am, then come back and shower and checkout for our tour later at 1130 am.

Toilet wasn't tight to the floor and ran all night; Shower curtain leaked on the floor. Mold in the shower.

Parking is free. Room was nice. Staff was ok, i wouldn't say that they seemed enthusiastic. Breakfast is free but limited (in comparison to other places)

The lobby was nice, the rooms were nice and clean. Easy access from the main road. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. The beds were comfortable along with the pillows. The only thing that I could think of that needs improvement is the tv needs to have a timer to shut off other than that my stay was great.

Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was a great value and more than adequate. It was especially good when the young lady (Brittany?) who takes care of it on Fridays and Saturdays was there. She was very friendly and attentive to the items that needed to be replenished!

Staff was awesome. Hotel was mediocre. Pool was old and not well kept.

We came in town for a long weekend. Booked our reservation approx 7 weeks earlier. Never stayed at a Holiday Inn because always a tad bit out of our budget. They honored my specific room request. The room and bathroom were clean (and I am picky) Everything worked. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer and iron were included in our room They provided breakfast, which was a real breakfast, not just and apple and bagel. One day was biscuits/gravy and scramble eggs and sausage. The next had omelet, bacon, and hash browns. Pancakes, toast, bagels cinnamon rolls, fruit and cereal. I would consider staying at Holiday Inn again
