Clean, away from car noises, great experience.

It was clean and comfortable. Had many littlt things like shampoo, hair dryer, etc

breakfast was on the cool side, unwarm. napkins were hard to locate. no small plates by cinnamon rolls. everything else was very good

Very nice place to stay. Good nights sleep. Comfotable beds. The one thing that caught my attention was lack of lighting in room overall. No light around desk at all. Needs more lighting.

Decent place. Front desk folks were very nice and helpful. Patience helped us out with some dining options.

They put us under a floor that had all families. Kids were running up and down the hallways, sounded like a cheer competition was going on above us. Oh the rain was coming through the window

The hotel needs remodeled. Our room was not very clean and needs updated.

Good location. The juice machine was broken all weekend. That was inconvenient. Little bit of mold in my shower.

Everything was wonderful, except the shower was falling apart. It was very difficult to get the water turned off, and the shower door was very outdated & came off the tracks when you try to open it.

Good property but needs some attention to repairs in the shower

This hotel has gone downhill. It used to be my go to hotel when I traveled to Wichita to visit my parents. My experience was horrible this time around. I started out in room 205. The beds were warm out. I felt like I was laying in a hole the size of a bathtub. Holiday Inn is supposed to be known for their pillow options which I used to like but this time I woke up with a kink in my neck. My second night, I had to call downstairs to have me moved to a different room because there was a man upstairs who was coughing and walking around all night. The next morning, the hotel cleaning crew walked into my room at 7am and then again at 8am while I was in the shower. If you want sleep, dont stay here.

The shower door were broken and the phone did not work . Reported it to front desk and maintenance never showed up . We called 3 times and never was fixed . Worried they were going to fall off completely and the glass broke .

This is a nice place to stay.
