Staff informed me that there was contraband in room. Stated pics were taken not shown. I want to add I was post surgery and there was sometimes blood which is why I choose to hold off on house keeping. Yet sometimes they demanded entry and were looking for issues

We liked everything, especially the beds. Super comfortable. Very strong hotel for the price. Hot tub wasn’t working properly and needed attention. When we mentioned it, someone addressed the issue promptly.

The hot tub was so gross i could not get into it. The grout was black in places and it clearly has been cleaned for a long time the foam is bactiria i am a nurse. One of the reason i booked the hotel was for the hotub. Definitely needs better cleaning in rooms ect.

Disappointed to learn at check in they do a $75 hold on your credit card which is suppose to be removed when you check out but no place was this ever mentioned prior to check in. We still have not received our $75 hold back yet. They tried to charge more for our room stay then it was suppose to be. The room next to us all they did was party and smoke weed so it drifted into the hallway and our room.

Moved to a Mariott up the street which was nice but they put us in a tiny room with one chair... was very disappointed.
